note to future developers:
all master bedrooms should have exclusive balconies
all bedrooms should have mirrors
in instances where there is a common washroom for visitors, the bathroom and toilet should be separate.
laundry area should be clearly indicated, especially in this era of washing machines.
In instances where space allows, the servant quarters should be adjacent to the kitchen.
Order of activities in the master bedroom is: master bathroom, closet (very near to the bathroom) then the bedroom area.

Great stuff there. Though The water storage up there is very small. Kenyans like larger storage unlike European countries. I hope the backyard is large enough to hold more storage especially for a place like Kitengela.

2) mansionette- 2-3 levels
3) flats or apartments depending on the location. In posh areas its an apartment, in less posh areas its flats

Please improve on your videography; you were looking at areas and telling us what they were as opposed to showing us like the pantry, kitchen garden and ground floor guest bathroom
The interior was a clashing match; bad choice in tiles, doors and windows
Also the counter hes is saying is for passing food is actually a breakfast table
