My goodness how can this cost Ksh 17,000,000????? It's definitely not worth it. Developers in Kenya are really overdoing it. This is barely worth Ksh 10,000,000 it's so cramped, master is so small. There are no grounds to speak of. Ridiculous!
Very true but truth is this development is three years old it has never been fully occupied I guess it's coz of the reasons you have stated😢

I actually been wondering the final price after completion as I was passing by, they were doing brickwork and it was a normal medium size which should not exceed 7 m to put up

The major problem is that the houses are way too close to each other despite soo much land being available in the area. I suspect you can even hear your neighbours conversing or doing their business while inside your house. Otherwise, the finishing is impeccable but the greed to fix as many units as possible in the space available is a major deal breaker.

Hello Lich, the developer of this project is not available for commissioned project since they have other projects they are working on, however, we do have a consultation company on the side that advices clients (at a cost) on their building process and we have a range of contractors and architects we can recommend as per your budget. Ugly exterior BUT......i enjoy a the house from the inside. IM actually suprised they did an amazing job on the interior and the quality. Infact some houses worth 50m had good exterior only for me to see many mistakes on the interior. This one was well done.
