Why not just say each unit is 15M ?
Why are you complicating issues with saying 45m for 3 units?
Ama is one supposed to buy the 3 units at once ?
Am not complicating. We can't sell one unit. Can you buy a house where you won't get a title deed? Basically we have 3 units on a plot and we can only sell the 3 not one unit. I hope that makes sense.
Now this makes sense. I hope more people in the comment section will read this ... cause I can see some of them were confused by the 45m as I was ....

The house is good apart from the hideous tiles 😅
The space the tank occupies would have been a great office space. If you ignore the flooring the kitchen is actually quite nice. Second bedroom would have made a nice family room also weird placing of wardrobe in that space. The random white and marble tiling in the bathroom is an eye sore better to have opt for either one to occupy the entire space. a single colored wood tile would have sufficed in the living space. Other wise dope project and kudos to the camera guy.

Sir printer homes we like your work but your description today is misleading, you could have just titled it 15m. The person who did the interior did a diservice to the hse its toooo colourful.

Ah!😳 With all due respect, this house isn't worth KES 45,000,000 at all. From the cheap and busy tiles dotting the floor to the poor mix and matching different materials that cause chaos instead of creating harmony.
Comparing this house to the houses at Tilisi Views or even Five Star Paradise (Runda) which are going for roughly the same price as these ones in Kitengela, these just aren't value for money. To make it worse, the house is directly connected to the the neighbors'.
And after all of that the asking price is 45 million? 😒

hmmm, the houses are actually beautiful but they lack planning, I think they didn't have an interior designer. so many miss matched tiles and color. The workmanship is actually awesome, everything looks neatly done. They just need to change the busy tiles in the sitting room and the stairs and remove the washing basin to create more space for the dining table.

Priter Homes you need to specify in your description - 45mil for the three units.
I have put in brackets imagine but people tend to skip that part.
