i think this house works for someone with two wives, put the kids in the two basement bedrooms, then each wife has their own room in the upper floor and you stay in the master bedroom which they access appointment only

Wish they staged the house, I appreciate the well done big windows, big yard, swimming pool,sauna, Two.Sqs, Backyard Access to the swimming pool, nice location.Spacious rooms worth the money.

Everything in this house is very spectacular. the compound , the design and the kitchen. woow. This is definitely a landmark like the smart lavington hse and the Zanzibar one. However the wallpapers nah.. the master bedroom size I can overlook because of the Sauna , the theater and the two staff sopaces. Good work Team

That is very expensive. I love the large windows and overall floor plan, but not the interior design which can obviously be changed. I noticed scuffs and stains on some of the surfaces and floors, which is also red flag.
One weird thing that i really loved so much is that retaining wall. The neighbourhood is very beautiful and green but if I was spending that much I want a bigger yard and it has to be completely private. If i could afford it i would buy this as an investment property, or second home, but not as my main home.
Probably suitable for wealthy expats or businessmen, high budget diplomats, tribal chiefs and of course corrupt politicians.

Thank you Mansa for bringing such content to us lovers of architecture and real estate. This house is def huge and has great thought out features. However, some of the design features are abit qsnable esp the huge artpieces. They feel generic. Also the finishing eg., the pantry, the acoustic finishing in the theatre etc., could be done better. The new owner might need to do abit of cosmetic work before moving in.

Wooow!! this house is awesome!! Value for money .... on point .... But I have this pet peeve. Picture this, you have this beautiful house loaded, plus you have a Range Rover Velar, Dynamic HSE model. And the Range Rover is parked under a canvas covering that costs 17k. ... 🤔🤔???

That house is unique in that it has a raised swimming pool,air conditioned cinema room that is sound proofed,gymnasium absolutely unique in Nairobi 😅
I actually forgot to mention that pool is raised, a very important aspect. Thank you for pointing that out George. And for sure, most of these features I have only seen them in private homes.

Many great aspects of the house (the sink cabinets, the stairs), but also many omissions and "afterthoughts" (no lifts, a non-master bedroom, and what are those pipes doing protruding in that very narrow theater room.?......).

It makes sense why these are not selling. The price is a monstrosity. The kitchen for this price is below standard. There is no dishwasher space at this price 😮? And the sink is so ordinary 😢. The laundry area is a disaster for this price. Wardrobes at this price highlighting the lack of quality being offered here. The term walk in closet does not even apply here. Putting wardrobes in a space does not make it a walk in closet. So disrespectful to use wardrobes at this price point. What i also find odd is the fact that there is an assumption that everyone wants to hang a tv. Master bedroom is a massive disappointment 😞 and why such a massive service charge without mentioning what it covers. Happy new year to you gentlemen

If i bought the house i’d never put a tv in that living room, i’d put tvs in bedrooms instead plus you have a whole theatre so no need for tv in the living room. Just enjoy the views

It’s not ghetto at all. There is a whole bridge connecting the two spaces. And you actually wouldn’t notice it if you are not keen. It’s similar to the smart house in Lavington where by the kitchen window opens to the pool. Check both and contrast.

Ive seen this house in person and the highway noise was saddening,i found it bothersome.when the windows are open,the glass at the kitchen "ceiling" i found odd as the glass gets dirty and leaves not pleasing to see,my favourite part is the home theatre

Did I miss something? A primary bathroom without a bathtub and a kitchen without a dishwasher????. The house is good but I pass. For that hefty price there must be a dishwasher and a bathtub and the backyard landscaping needs leveling.

How on earth do you design such a house and give it that master bedroom size???? And the master bedroom closet itself seriously!!! Did they now review their design plans??? Someone should have been able to catch that.
Thumbs down. I wouldn’t spend that much money for that hose to sleep in that bedroom. For me the master bedroom is a deal breaker.

For such a lovely house,the pool let us down, no adult can swim there even if you were alone,its too small, probably it was just placed there for the purposes of aesthetics
