Theresa shares what can a candidate can expect in an interview as well as gives tips on succeeding in an AWS interview. Theresa also shares how a candidate can go about looking for an intern or graduate position as well as whether Amazon take on mature aged candidates who have decided to change their career and go back to uni. Finally, Theresa answers the question of whether a cover letter is needed when making an application.

Theresa's a "campus recruiter" which suggests that she's dealing mainly with college students or recent grads, who probably don't have much experience with interviewing. At least that's my guess.
