As someone who asked you this question, surprised by the difference between your blog post about compensation and what was in my contract, I'm quite pleased to see a longer version here. A year too late, as I've had time to sign the contract and resign 5 months later (but no non-compete here). I still wonder what would have been my answer would I have seen this particular video, given that it lacks the part that make me search for a new job after just a month
