Hey Liam, good to meet you today and have a short chat. Me and the lad didn’t find anything today but at least the weather held out. Love watching your channel mate. Always informative and entertaining. Maybe see you again soon. Dave.
Thank you, I have had the versa for a couple weeks now, and the small elepical coil is on its way. History finders have really done great, hooking me up here in the US. This versa is the tool that better explains all of what I can expect out of all the newer machines, like the deus2,legend manticore. The versa has the emi readout, and the ground balance read out and so on, that the other machines don't. Plus like the v3i has the 120 vdi scaled. It has really opened up a lot more observations that can explain the challenges I'm contending with.
Hi Laim, been using the Legend for nearly a year. Started out with 2 friends who had a Nox and a Simplex and your content got me interested in the Legend and convinced me to buy one ... and I researched everywhere of relevance to confirm this as my first detector. I watch all your content regardless of topic, keep doing what your doing!
Very good test. It’s a shame you don’t have the older Rutus Versa 23DD to test against the new 24DD coil as well, since I’d be interested in which coil is the most sensitive to smaller items. Also, have you given Rutus any feedback about lowering the iron volume tone when using -29 (no disc) as the din will surely deafen someone in no time at all! Plus, do you think having a manual ground balance feature would be useful on the Rutus Versa? I look forward to seeing your further tests on the Versa.
I can confirm the problems with the masking:-/, another problem is the deeper laying iron, you don't know if it's iron or non ferrous, the audio is all over the place:-/

@@anthonywestwood8489 yes no disc iron volume is in the works , man gb is great in the beach a good addition to any metal detector
@@HistoryRevisiteduk Thanks for the info about the no-disc iron volume in the works, as that’s something to look forward too!

Great test ....looked tough... Did you say iron falsing was generally 63?
Yeah buddy, I’ve found it false high 50’s low 60’s
Seen you on the news this morning 😂 what ended up happening there in Bolton?
On Tik Tok ? Yeah I was covering what was going on , got out off there when I could , did start to get messy
Thanks for vid.
Let us know if Rutus get noticed of that and if they're planning to improve that aspect. Thanks for the content Liam
Yes improvements are going to be made
