If you watch this video you can tell that even these guys had trouble putting this together because you will see something done in one part of the video but they don't install it until later I in the video

I have a white wire sticking out from the bottom,what is that for?

If it's a wire cover in a white mesh than you weren't suppose to cut that loose but the instructions don't tell you that, it just says cut the zip ties but not all the zip ties like you would know that

does the drip pan go over or under the thermo plate? I managed to skip thru everything in spite of the horrible directions . Now my drip pan is holding me up?
