I just bought one from Home depot, Can't thread the grille lowering handle in. You make it look so easy but it is not working for me. A portion of the handle that threads in does not have any threads making it harder to start the first thread engagement. Is there a certain way to thread the handle in all the way and insert the cotter pin? Thanks

The side things i can't get on and they seem to be measured improperly as there is no possible way for them to fit as shown in the video

How do u remove the tray under the propane side? There’s 2 trays one won’t come out to dump the excess food and grease

Hi Chandler, grease tray and cup for propane part are on left rear of the grill, which you may also find @1:40 & @3:09 of the video!
