    Some very striking colours with Dichroic, shame it’s so expensive! I also believe you can “scratch” the coating off and make patterns if you want to. Thanks for the firing schedule 😀

      Yes, some great colours and can be expensive. Some styles are less expensive. Just use as little as possible. The type I used in the video are about 15 - 20 USD for a 100 mm (4") square. But you could make around 6 features, depending on size. If you're selling that makes them affordable. And you can scratch or etch the coating off and make patterns if you wish.

    Yes you can attach dichroic to probably bigger pieces and maybe cut it in smaller pieces but I love love love this video I make jewelry and this gave me a new idea thank you so much but I live in Dallas Texas

      That's fantastic Wanda. Happy to help and would love to see what you do at some time. Couldn't find any videos on your channel. Have you got a website or something?

    Thanks Jeff, great video with new designs that I love and will try. Most of the Dichroic jewelry I have made has been round or odd shaped then I wire wrap them.

      Hi Elaine. Honestly, I can't remember. But maybe through a supplier on eBay. Our jewellery supplies stores are generally more costly for the same thing.

      @@RocketRoseArt Hello Jeff! I've tried to make these but my edges still remain very sharp. I have a smaller kiln (sentry xpress 4.0). What do you suggest so that I get softer edges?

    Hi could you tell me the time needed to tack fuse using a microwave kiln? Many thanks Julie

      @RocketRoseArt  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Julie. Sorry I can’t but best thing is to do some tests. Even with larger kilns I still test. Different colors will work at different temperatures.

    Can you advise if the glass you use is 96 or 90 COE?
