MT EAS- Terrorist Attack

WARNING: This is not real footage. As stated in the title, it's an EAS Scenario. EAS Scenarios are only a simulation of what could hypothetically be broadcast if an event were to happen. I denying that this is real TVM footage in any way shape or form.
As a country who takes politics very seriously, Malta has always quite a fierce political scene. What if it was shaken up by a single bomb?

Alsoooooo, how do you know what an EAS from a country looks like or do you make your own?

Thanks a lot! I mostly use fonts which can be installed from Google Fonts, deoending on the project.
For a country I usually check what other mocks based on said country have as a design. Then I compile the best designs and create my own (sketched on a piece of paper). After I have a very rough idea I design it on Photoshop, and recreate the design on AfterEffects to be used in the final project.
Edit: Even when a country has an Emergency Alert System, I tend to prefer designing my own graphics, a perfect example of which is the video I did regarding hypothetical US-DPRK tensions.
