Hi friends, So many of you asking about caramelize sugar..it's add only for colour..it doesn't change Mysorepak taste & texture...it's optional & if u add more than 2 tbs sugar for caramelization the Mysorepak would become chew.....thanks for your valuable feedback.😍😍😍
I have seen so many TH-cam channels none of them used the oil, which is main ingredient and bring softness to the Mysore pak and followed there recipe and got the pathetic sweet Am really disappointed by following there recipes, 2 cups just now I made it, definitely I’ll try yours and post the feed back,I hope it will come soft
Thank you so much for your lovable feedback.... traditional Mysorepak - hard ball consistency ... Soft Mysorepak - soft ball consistency & for traditional Mysorepak oil separates..
Have you tried low flame roasting of the besan in ghee until aromatic before adding onto the sugar syrup? Another tip: Use jaggery and you can make this with half the ghee/oil and it is healthier than sugar
I prepared same way. Its delicious and melts in mouth without any effort.. But while cutting i had to literally put my whole weight.. And it looks some what rectangle.. How did you managed to keep it so soft after cooling it for 5hrs..what mistake i did..?
First thanks for tried my Recipe...I think u add lots of Caramel sugar or u over cooked it ....if u Pour in tray it should be in ribbon fold consistency....
As I shown in video(how to check texture)Check correct texture....if you over Cook oil separates & Mysorepak also become crispy.....please follow every steps in video sure you'll get soft Mysorepak...
Thank you so much for ur comment Ananya....please try with correct measurements & each step of video definitely you will get same texture..there is no secret & no hidden ingredients...it's 100 % original video...
