  • Hey guys, in this video, I'm taking on a 10-day challenge to kickstart my health, fitness, and weight loss journey! After losing 35 pounds from January to August 2023, I've noticed that I gradually put on 17 pounds over the past year and have been feeling sluggish. But I'm finally ready to make a change.
    For the next 10 days, I'm committed to eating freshly cooked whole foods, moving my body daily, and significantly reducing my sugar intake. I'll be sharing my workouts, meal ideas, challenges I face, and victories along the way.

    I’m exactly the same, I lost 3 1/2 stone and have gained a stone slowly 1-2lb like you said, I’m really trying to get the focus and discipline back xx

      Thank you, it feels good getting back to eating healthier. My meals are pretty good but my sugar intake has definitely crept up!
