Omgosh, yes. When you said, "75 Hard" I was thinking, "Oh, I'm out" then "I have a lite version", "Oh! I'm in!" 😆 Also, on spot reducing fat, I highly recommend watching Jeremy Ethier's video "Targeting Belly Fat Is POSSIBLE?!". He highlights some studies indicating that spot reduction is possible with the right method. In short, steady state cardio (like jogging) followed by muscle strengthening/toning exercises (like crunches) can help reduce fat in a specific area. I ran this past my mother who's a physical therapist and nutritionist. She was NOT surprised! She said she'd been using this method for years (cardio, then spot exercise) and reduced the parts she wanted. She never taught it to anyone because the general knowledge of spot reduction not existing is too widespread. Just a battle she didn't want to fight 😆 Anyways, looking forward to doing this with everyone. So great you have your dad along, mine refuses to exercise or anything. 화이팅 Papa Kim!

OMG the 75 Hard. I've been trying to start this, but us overworked people literally have no time in day for this. At most what I get for sleep is 5 - 4 hours and if I'm lucky 7 hours
honestly as a humble student, i feel you :,) but even if I physically can't hit the sleep goals, i will try my best to do double as well at everything else to make up for it and i hope you do well too :D
Yes I understand completely! that's fine if you don't hit the 8 hours as long as you try your best to get good quality sleep (have a good bed time routine). Quality > quantity :)

Weight loss challenge more than likely isn’t a good idea if you are struggling with your ed recovery… Please talk to your doctor about this but I don’t think they’d recommend this for you. Please take care of yourself❤
I just found your channel, I previously lost a lot of weight and became super fit but in the process i developed orthorexia and very severe depression. Over the past year i stopped working out or having any form of restriction to try to fix my relationship with food and i lost a lot of muscle and gained a good amount of fat. I want to try again this time but learn to find a balance between all in or doing nothing at all, and learning to have a healthy relationship with food and keeping my body healthy instead of crying over eggs with some canola oil. I cant wait to do this with you :)

I’m working out everyday for 70+ days now, drinking enough water everyday (my current streak is almost a year now (^‿^✿)), trying to sleep better and also trying to keep the calorie deficit. The most difficult part for me is the calorie deficit, but I really wanna improve this. I’ve already lost about 8 or 10 pounds, still not my goal, but it’s where I wanted to be *NOW*. I’m confident with my progress, and I’m sure I can do it. It’s not easy, almost every day I think about giving up on the diet or the workouts, but the reason why I changed my lifestyle is bigger and more important than any bad thoughts I could have. As a PMDD sufferer and someone who's trying to live cyclically, I no longer work out during my period. I think I'll take on the challenge with tweaks (so in that time I will be doing more mental self care rather than physical), but so far exercise daily and eating with a calorie deficit is feeling great!!

I wanted to start a diet today anyway, so definitely do it with you. The hardest part for me the sleeping. I wake up multiple times a day and can't go back to sleep.
This came a the perfect time for me, I’m trying to lose weight and become Healthier as I was recently told I’m pre diabetic. I started tracking everything July 25th at 125.8lbs (57.062 kg) and weighed myself today at 123.6 lbs (56.064 kg) was so happy the first week as i lost 1 pound lost 1/2-1 inch in a few places and gained some muscle. But last week I did not make progress and in fact gained 1 lb even tho I was working my ass off and in a caloric deficit that was recommended to me. I was so disappointed in myself and so frustrated but after research I realized I have to stick to it but measure progress week by week which I did but I had to weigh my food in grams instead and if I didn’t lose weight then subtract 100 calories a day and see how the progress goes because I might not have been tracking correctly. Just yesterday I decreased calories by 200. Yesterday I was 124.4 lbs and today 123.6. So i will keep going with 100 calories less than i’m recommended to see how it goes. I was recommended by Noom 1400-1500 unless I work out (which I have been) then they give me 1600-1700 or even 1700 -1800 if Im working out like a maniac lol. Yes I’m overweight, I should note I’m 4’8” (56 inches) and should be 100lbs (45.359 kg) or that but gain 20lbs (9.072kg) of muscle. When I went to one of my Drs July 5th I was 130lbs (58.9678 kg) so I guess I lost around 8lbs since then! Which Im realizing now and shocked by. I just need to stick with it, I really want to also gain some muscle and be at a BMI of 20, I’m at a BMI of 28 now. Overall I just want to be comfortable in by body and be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suite which I’ve avoided because It just doesn’t look right on me and I just feel so big in my body ☹️ I’d also like smaller boobs as they just feel huge on me (DD) I’d like to get to a B at least. Hopefully this journey takes me there. Thank you for sharing this! I’m taking pictures and videos and maybe I’ll update on my progress if anyone is interested? I doubt anyone will see this tho or be interested this is just more for me I guess.

honestly, it seens like a pretty doable challenge if you're really up for it, to me personally the only party of this that I'm pretty sure I'm fated to always fail is at sleeping for 8+ hours, most I get during working days is like 5 to 6

I wanted to start a diet today anyway, so definitely do it with you. The hardest part for me the sleeping. I wake up multiple times a day and can't go back to sleep.
A bedtime routine will definitely help with your sleep :)

This came a the perfect time for me, I’m trying to lose weight and become Healthier as I was recently told I’m pre diabetic. I started tracking everything July 25th at 125.8lbs (57.062 kg) and weighed myself today at 123.6 lbs (56.064 kg) was so happy the first week as i lost 1 pound lost 1/2-1 inch in a few places and gained some muscle. But last week I did not make progress and in fact gained 1 lb even tho I was working my ass off and in a caloric deficit that was recommended to me. I was so disappointed in myself and so frustrated but after research I realized I have to stick to it but measure progress week by week which I did but I had to weigh my food in grams instead and if I didn’t lose weight then subtract 100 calories a day and see how the progress goes because I might not have been tracking correctly. Just yesterday I decreased calories by 200. Yesterday I was 124.4 lbs and today 123.6. So i will keep going with 100 calories less than i’m recommended to see how it goes. I was recommended by Noom 1400-1500 unless I work out (which I have been) then they give me 1600-1700 or even 1700 -1800 if Im working out like a maniac lol. Yes I’m overweight, I should note I’m 4’8” (56 inches) and should be 100lbs (45.359 kg) or that but gain 20lbs (9.072kg) of muscle. When I went to one of my Drs July 5th I was 130lbs (58.9678 kg) so I guess I lost around 8lbs since then! Which Im realizing now and shocked by. I just need to stick with it, I really want to also gain some muscle and be at a BMI of 20, I’m at a BMI of 28 now. Overall I just want to be comfortable in by body and be able to wear a 2 piece bathing suite which I’ve avoided because It just doesn’t look right on me and I just feel so big in my body ☹️ I’d also like smaller boobs as they just feel huge on me (DD) I’d like to get to a B at least. Hopefully this journey takes me there. Thank you for sharing this! I’m taking pictures and videos and maybe I’ll update on my progress if anyone is interested? I doubt anyone will see this tho or be interested this is just more for me I guess.

I just found your video and was looking for a challenge to end 2024 and start a fresh 2025. I am looking to live a more healthy and balanced life. I also want to lose weight to feel lighter and fit better in my clothes. I already improved my water intake in the last three weeks. I am going to improve on building muscles and improving my nutrition. I plan to do the lite version

honestly, it seens like a pretty doable challenge if you're really up for it, to me personally the only party of this that I'm pretty sure I'm fated to always fail is at sleeping for 8+ hours, most I get during working days is like 5 to 6
