Actally the technical term is a macerate. It contains essential oils, but other solvents too. You shouldnt use it for medicinal purposes, but sprays, candles and such more than fine, and very easy to make ;)

Taking a tincture approach to this. The next step would be than to boil down most of that vodka. Witch would leave you with a thick lavender waxy substance that could be diluted with coconut oil to make it resemble more of a essential oil(be incredibly careful as alcohol is flammable, the higher the proof the more flammable. Also the more proof the better the extract) I think this videos extraction method has its own personal uses and it is a good how to. Steam extraction is kinda costly🙁 another option would be solvents like c02 or dimethyl ether. I havent seen ether used before but its all the same concept. Returns probably very between solvent used.

Combine a 30 drops of essential oil with 4oz distilled water and 2oz rubbing alcohol to make a linen spray! It won't stain your sheets :)

WiccanEvil don’t put this on your skin please, it will irritate and burn it. Number one rule when using Essential Oils or Blends on the Skin is to mix it with a Carrier Oil like Sweat Almond Oil or Jojoba etc.
