Machine was handed to me by a friend. Where can I obtain a double sided tape ? Tried using some other tape and it burned it 😮

Thanks fort his video, I wish I had seen it before I started trying to align my mirrors, you would have saved me hours trying to decipher the instructions on the Flux website. I hope you can help me with something. My laser stopped firing, it slowly stopped cutting all the way through and I assumed I just need to clean the lenses. The first two mirrors are aligned but when I get to the third one there is no dot in the middle? I've used my machine for about 3 hours, when it arrived it fire a laser and I aligned my mirrors and it started working but this time I'm not sure what to do. Any quick tips before I have to contact support?

If there is no output due to the last mirror, double check the first two mirrors are aligned, and also play with moving the laser head to multiple places in the workspace (bottom left, bottom right, top right, top left, middle) and see if you get a final laser output. If you do not get any different results, you may need to contact support to get more detailed instructions.

That is my issue as well!! May have it used it for three hours or less. It wasn’t assigned so we did that and it engraved a few more times. Still not aligned to my camera and what is engraved. Ecru sorry is aligned and overlapped. But now there is no output from the laser beam.

I have the same issue, all mirrors are aligned but no dot appearing from the laser head.....so frustrating! I notice you posted this months ago, any luck with fixing the problem? if so pleeeeease tell me how :(

You can reverse the knob which moves it left. Hope this helps!

Hi, having some issues with my beamo cutting. Seems to be ghosting like the beam is splitting when doing a cut. Text and pictures are fine, just cutting is the problem. I have followed this video and done the tape test. I dont get two dots, what I get is a tiny dot with the first pulse at the top left and then I get a very light ring around the first dot when I do the pulse at the lower position. Help! Im wasting a lot of material trying fix this

My laser burned the dots on mirror two and three and they are perfectly aligned but there is no hole being burned out of the laser head
