FLUX Beamo/Beambox Laser Machine Beam Alignment

Im Tech support and Main distribution from Malaysia .
This how i inspect each machine that received from FLUX HQ before deliver out to user to avoid some problem .
Here some tips on how to calibrate laser beam alignment to get the best result on cutting and engraving ...
It is hard to explain through video call as this tunning/calibrate takes time and patient.
Futher Frabrication did a video on laser beam alignment and he talk/show very clearly and easily to understand by following his way .
Most CO2 machine is almost the same from tunning 3 part of the reflection mirror till nozzle.
Checking info
1) From the 2nd reflection mirror , min and max position burning point must be on the same spot , if not tunning from the 1st reflection mirror
2) 3rd reflection mirror tunning method same as 2nd reflection mirror , move the blast point toward center of the circle by loosen the 4 screw from the slider .
3) Gentle screw tight all the nut as video shown to avoid misalignment
4) Nozzle blast out must be center of the circle
5) Check if the convex lens from the nozzle is facing up
6) Clean all reflection mirror/lens using cotton buds and check there any thing stick on the surface
7) Clean the rail and lubricant once a while

To be honest I'm not fully understand, how important is to have:
1. On a second mirror tape placed 90 degree or using your device instead off 45 degree and stick tape directly to the mirror frame?
2. Laser point right in a center of the any mirror, meaning aligned properly but same as in my case on a first mirror with tape 45 degree to laser tube it shows me to move mirror straight back it means laser beam is vertically centered but horizontally off center.
