I personally like Cetaphil better bcos Cetaphil has petrolatum on 3rd ingredient list .But CeraVe has petrolatum on 7th list. petrolatum locks moisture on your skin. If u have dry, extra dry, better result is Cetaphil. But if u are oily, combo skin, CeraVe is better choice. Whether it has ceramides or not, it's useless if that makes your skin cracks, dry, dehydrated, like sucks out moisture from your skin. Healthy skin is hydrated.

After watching your face wash comparison, I wanted to try Cerave’s face wash and I do like theirs better than Cetaphil. However, when it comes to the creams, I think I like Cetaphil more. In my opinion Cerave is not for everyone, but it is an occlusive, so you may need to get a good toner serum and moisturizer before you use cerave as the last product 🤗🤗

I used thin layer of water at the beginning before applying Cerave as directed by Dr.dray but it's dry soon. Not sure if it's really dry tho. My skin felt like sand paper. I am not sure if it's normal. Now I use toner serum replacing water. It seems better. If these kinds of safe products don't work, I don't think there are other products can help...
Yeah get a really good toner to replace the water... I would also get another moisturizer and use Cerave to lock in the good moisturizer... If you are not a fan of oil... 🥰🥰 Sometimes water depending on the person can draw out a lot of moisture from the skin instead of hydrating it...

Long exposure to water can remove surface lips.. When this happens it allows moisture to leak out your skin causing dryness.... In certain ppl skin types water can actually make the skin dry even more... But not everyone is like that it depends....
