    I love Christa's workouts. I was excited when I saw that it was finally here, that I did it immediately! I loved it! I think its my favourite Christas workout so far! I was sweating and I liked that the focus was on the legs but still an intense cardio workout. Thank you so much Christa and Popsugar!!!!

    WARNING- if you have anxiety this workout is for you!
    I had such a tight chest from being anxious and after I finished it I felt normal again. Definitely an amazing stress buster!

      How does exercise help ease anxiety?
      Engaging in exercise diverts you from the very thing you are anxious about.
      Moving your body decreases muscle tension, lowering the body’s contribution to feeling anxious.
      Getting your heart rate up changes brain chemistry, increasing the availability of important anti-anxiety neurochemicals, including serotonin, gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and endocannabinoids.

      NicoleSteenFitness how many calories burned if used 2lb hand weights almost whole time and 3-5lb ankle weights whole time ?!?
      Would love for calories burned to be posted with every workout if possible !!!! Loved this for a second workout of the day jogged 10 miles in am and thus was my afternoon sweat sesh !!! Feel good 😊

    I remember my first time doing this workout. I was dying and throwing wrong punches all over the place. I was pretty sure it was impossible. Now I do it with 1lb weighted gloves from the beginning and pick up 2lb weights on top of that at the weighted round. Never, ever thought I'd progress that far. I love The Cut! Christa is so much fun to follow and everyone is fun to work along with. Thanks!

    I love the energy of the lead person. She is so awesome. This was an amazing workout. I used cans of soup because didn't have weights. It worked well.

    Thank goodness for Anna, after returning to the home workouts after several years and 52 years old, being able to stay engaged with Anna and the modifications has kept me coming back all week. Just completed my third home workout this week. I just love the" hi fives" and "smile "prompts, Christa runs a light hearten and fun workout. Last time I did home work outs was back in the 90's with Billy Blanks. Over the years I have always stayed fit with running and hikes, but in the last year or so I noticed I need more toning and core strength as my weight is creeping up. I am so encouraged that these workouts are going to make big impacts. Feeling Grateful and energized to make a change.....

    I've never been into kick-boxing workout at all. But now I've realized why. It's so important who is the trainer. :) Thanks to you Christa DiPaolo you showed me I can enjoy and do this workout.     Love this! I had a postpartum depression with my third child. Therapy, partly to talk about it, but also put time for yourself through eg exercise has been gold worth. These kickboxing videos and just having a smile on my lips throughout the workout while the sweat drops, have helped me a lot! Christa, your workouts are the best!     Love this workout! I used it and other popsugar videos to help me lose the pregnancy weight, as well as eating better. It's great that I could do the modified version and work up to the regular. I'm 5 months postpartum and went from 180 (163ish 1 week pp) to 133lbs and now working on my next goal. Thank you!

    The best workout I've done by Christa! Even though it's short, the intensity & calorie burn was high b/c of the kicking (no "filler" moves). I loved it!

    Loved this workout!! I’ve done the 45 min kickboxing workout a few times so was expecting to love it and I wasn’t disappointed. I love how you get an intense workout without it being supper high impact on your ankles and legs (I’m trying to let my ankle recover from an old injury that’s aggravated and this was fine on it.) Hope you all made it! and if you didn’t, just keep going and you will!!

    "Jessica james"I love boxing and I love Christas workouts she is such a good motivator and so easy to follow!!! I burnt 356 first time and 398 the third time I did this workout and that was even doing the push ups modified and I'm going to keep doing this workout!!:) I burnt more calories per minute than my group boxing I do weekly:))) This is my go to workout when I'm running short of time.     I have never sweated like this before. It was hard but I finished the whole workout in 45 minutes. I think it was one of the harder workout that I have ever done I'm so proud.

    LOVE Christa's workouts! The only thing I wish is that the music matched the beat of the trainers' moves.

      C D me too! It drives me crazy the whole time because I war with myself over whether to stay with the trainer or stay with the music. I’ve started scanning through the workout first to see if they stay with the beat of the music. If they don’t, I look for another one.

    This is an awesome workout. I used to do this one more often along with other kick boxing routines, then I switched it up and did other workouts for a while. When I came back to this workout today, it totally kicked my butt!!

    I was having only 30.mins time to do workout without break but I instantly searched for 30 min kickboxing n immediately Christa popsugar workout popped up and was very excited to do and finally I crushed and it was intense cardio kickboxing I enjoyed and burn around 300 calories in very short time 😃💪 feels very empowered, strong and engertic 🏃‍♂️

    Ohhh, I am sweating! I had to stop at 16 mins and 47 secs left. I decided to start kickboxing workouts again as it works your whole body. I've been inconsistent with various workouts but this is my 2nd day doing kickboxing and it feels the best and most efficient. I've gained about 20 lbs over the past two years working from home and finishing up my degree and taking certification courses and I'm excited to slim down and fit into my smaller clothes again! Gonna finish up the rest of this workout! Good luck with your fitness journey all!

    You are amazing, you have a way of motivating people back home with just your energy and words. Many Trainers fail to do so inspite of being physically present. Love your work outs... super sore int the days to follow... but that just means it's Workinggg . Thank You... so much

    I love this workout! It was a challenge to keep up with some of the choreography this first time around but I like that, because it keeps my mind off how hard I'm working! I also liked that there were modifications, esp, with some of the tuck jumps and pushups....which I had to follow Anna for. I broke my arm two months ago, so I'm glad that I can still do a majority of this workout.
