    All my respect to this woman who talked nonstop for 40 mins while acted like it’s nothing. She is so wise and motivating. This is so far my favorite workout video on TH-cam.

    Who else is here because of Covid-19 shutting down all of the gyms and rec centers? Because that is the reason why I pressed play. To stay healthy and keep others safe

      I've done Popsugar's free workouts for years. (About 5 now.) They are amazing and helped me lose 100 pounds without having to exercise in front of actual people. :)

    I lost 80 lbs last year and it all started with me doing christa's popsugar videos until I had them memorized and then I added on boxing and bubbles and I loved it. Not only are the workouts great but I love her personality and her positive energy is contagious. You better believe I'd give her a bear hug if I ever met her in person.

    my absolute favorite workout!! and i say that with every one i do. i show up to center my mind and release my anxiety. i show up for the confidence it gives. i walk tall. i encourage others. so grateful for everyone here. going on 3 yrs working out with Christa and tell everyone to try it.

    Guys is it normal to get all teary when i followed Christa, saying out loud that I'm strong and confident... I mean it could be the hormones but man, i feel so good post-workout 😭😭😭😭😭 now I finally have the strength to say no to fast food 😭😭😭😭

    Okay, so I’ve been kickboxing with Christa Dipaolo on TH-cam for almost a year… saving up for a B&B membership (🤞😝)
    I have done every one of her workouts on TH-cam, and this one is my favorite. I struggle with a myriad of mental battles (OCD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and anorexia….)
    Hearing Christa’s words at the end was so meaningful and healing, because I really relate to it. Kickboxing with Christa has helped me so much, I feel like when I do it all the worries disappear, and even when the video is over I am far calmer and happier that I was before. And I have tried other trainers, done other videos… but Christa is truly special. She is authentic and welcoming in a way that nobody else is 🙂 Thanks so much ❤❤❤

    OMG what at an amazing workout. I am a 5am-workout enthusiast (dark mornings in the UK) and this workout not only woke up every single muscle and bone in my body but also my mind. I let out any aggressions, punched and kicked at any negativity lingering and the ending sealed it beautifully. I AM STRONG. I AM CONFIDENT. I AM CAPABLE OF ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. Thank you Christa.

    I fell in love with Christa's workout after the three last breaths in cooldown. I take them as an oath to myself. As a person who has suffered from anorexia as well as bulimia (and probably a lot more undiagnosed problems) that ted talk about the why just spoke to me so much. Thank you for this workout and this lift up! Love you, Christa!

    I can only hope that christa or popsugar sees this....I have been doing all the Cut workouts and this one now- anything with Christa - I love her energy and real-ness. I’m obsessed with her and I need more of her!!! Her workouts help me with my anxiety and all the life s*** that is going on. So I’m so appreciative of her and all of her workouts and I hope one day I can afford either the cut or boxing and bubbles. Thank you christa and popsugar

I’ve done Christas other workouts on here and I love them but this one was the best. She is so full of energy and so real. I loved the positive affirmations at the end.     I am forming a love for boxing and kickboxing, I usually don't have this much fun and motivation while sweating this much. The anxiety and depression I deal with make it difficult for me to push myself to do tasks that are difficult, and I truly enjoyed this. Thank you Popsugar, I love your stuff, and thank you Boxing and Bubbles, I will be looking up more of your videos :)

The combos are challenging but fun, and Christa’s enthusiasm, energy and laugh are infectious and will keep you going. And that final round is a blast!     I just wanted to say how much I love this workout. I love all Christa's The Cut workouts and that shorter Fusion teaser you did and this is defo one of my new favs. The Cut has literally changed my like as these cardio kickboxing vids have been (thanks to the cut) my fav type of exercise for about 2 or 3 years now - they're such a fantastic work out and stress relief and I don't usually make public comments or whatever but I just thought it was about time I said a massive THANK YOU to Popsugar, The Cut and Christa DiPaolo!

    This workout looked really intimidating, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. So glad I did. It was challenging, for sure, but the moves and combos were bringing me back to my old days of kickboxing many moons ago. Thank you Christa, Fiona, and Nikita for being down to earth and providing a fun and engaging workout. Christa, I love your attitude and relatability. I think so many of us work out more and more because it keeps us feeling strong and healthy, and above all it helps us deal with the anxiety and stress of 21st century modern life.

    This whole work out was so INSPIRING! I had a cold 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten back in my normal workout routine. I didn’t see the point and couldn’t find my WHY. I noticed that every day I was usually tired and a little negative. This workout and these girls helped me find my why and helped me feel stronger than I have been. Thank you popsugar fitness.

    Love your workouts! Especially now that we can’t go to the gym. I’m 72 and usually do modifications as I have replacement knees. Even through a video, you make us feel so good about ourselves I feel like I’m in the room with all of you. Hell yes!

    I loved this so much. I wanted to quit bc I’m not coordinated and learning the sequences was hard, but I slowed down the video and did it! The instructor is so kind and loving. I loved practice makes progress not perfection!

    Always love your cardio box workouts on popsugar. But first time I've cried! What you said during cool down really hit a nerve.     I soon as I saw another Christa workout session I had to do it. I love the energy and mental awareness. Were all battling things out there and I show up for mental clarity too. It helps me think more clearly and relax after I workout. Thanks for the workout!

    Holy drenched, Batman! This workout is AWESOME! She focuses on both sides of the body, unlike some other kickboxing workouts I've tried (cough::BB::cough). It's so important to keep your body even. I did it this workout with 10 and 20 Lb weights and a 12lb weighted vest (took the vest off for the final burnout). Seriously, best kickboxing workout I've ever done.

    I loved this! I just found Christa DiPaolo and I love the intensity. It’s hard to find good kickboxing workouts. I also struggle from anxiety and when I was young I did a lot of sports but now I can get a lot of aggression out with kickboxing.

    Omgg this was amazing!! I started crying in the end saying ‘ i am strong ‘ !! lost 25 KG and working out hoping to make my body a bit thighter. Your stories about anxiety hit me so hard, I really felt that! Suffering from anxiety attacks myself. I am really getting to know myself since i started working out. Thankyou for this workout and mental sesion ❤️❤️❤️ ( Dutchie over here, so excuse my englisch )

      At the end of the video they all tell you something about why they workout. Christa tells something about her anxiety and how working out helps her get trough it! Its so amazing and pure that she wants to tell that to her audience :)

    I was able to get through the entire workout and I am currently dripping in sweat but I absolutely love how they talked about anxiety. As someone that struggles with it, it's really refreshing to see these beautiful and strong women share that they have anxiety as well. 😊 kickboxing workouts help so much and make me feel badass ^^

    I started PopSugar workouts as my gym is closed (I’m sure a lot of people can relate). Well, I wish I would’ve checked out their workouts sooner! Such a variety of classes and so fun. It’s great to have a routine but it’s also good to try new things and PopSugar has shown me some new and exciting workouts. Thank you!

    Christa I do this workout this morning, so excited 💪 it's new for me I love it ❤❤ I have been follow your Boxing workout about five months , I do one of your workout 30-60mins everyday, now I got myself six-pack abs, so great🎉🎉🎉 Boxing and kick boxing can let me kick the bad emotions away, I feel my brain and body strong and more confident, thank you so much!!     Loved the mental health chat at the end. I have a hard time thinking I have to be perfect with my goals in fitness and nutrition. It’s been a long few years and it’s nowhere near over

    Love this workout and this Ninja crew! I love the mini-countdown which helped me going and completed it in the first try. I'd never managed to complete it in the first try! Felt so proud of myself. Christa's advice to follow my own pace was so helpful. Thanks again for this video.

    I started to do these workouts because I wanted so much change my life. I have promissed all the time to lose weight but I never keep It. This time I am commited with myself and I'm not going to disappoint me. I started doing this in April 21 and today I already lost 2 kg. Thank you so much guys for being part of my life changing.
