Phone interview today was 48" . Was really casual conversational comfortable. They offered me all kinds of details about compensation and benefits. Promised to call me back within a few days seemed genuinely happy to talk with me. Probably the most enjoyable interview I've ever had.

Thanks Ben, your videos really helped me land a part time specialist job at Apple. Now I'm digging hard into your videos again prepping for the permanent role interviews. First interview is in an hour and half! Wish me luck!

Whenever they tell you to contact them if you have any questions then it's a good sign however..........don't be too overconfident

Very important details! Can be easily missed which leads to unrealistic expectations. Thanks for sharing!

Recruiter liking you hardly matters. It matters in a sense that they’ll move your CV into the eyes of the hiring manager but HM is ultimately the decision maker.

Agree to disagree. In some instances it doesn’t matter, you are right. But in many cases it can make a massive difference.

I agree with that, not minimizing the recruiter's role, only stating that from my experience once you pass the recruiter the HM and everyone else is where the focus needs to be at if you're a candidate.

@@Eddie-gb3bn oh I agree with that. Once you are speaking with the hiring manager that is priority 1.

I had an interview with so many mixed messages. She was giving me advice on how to not work too hard and only focus on my own job description so I can get things done after I had told her about the current environment I am in, I multi task and pretty much do everything because we’re so busy as a medical practice with over 400 patients being seen at our clinic daily (I am a medical receptionist and admin assistant). I still don’t know what to expect.
She also said she won’t leave me in limbo and let me know with what I thought was a wink but also not a traditional wink. She was the hardest hiring manager to read . She also wasn’t too happy that I didn’t have many questions. Then as we were waiting to go down in the elevator, she pointed out the window where their old office used to be but also I am so confused because she didn’t shake my hand. What do you think these signs mean 😭😭😭

I had my final interview with a Fortune 500 company two days ago. Yesterday the recruiter called me (first time) most of our connections have been via email.
She asked my salary expectations? If offered the role, do you have any restrictions? She told me “so far things are looking positive and we’ll have a decision by end of week but in the mean time I am going to send you our benefits guide..” these were her exact words.
    I hope this a good sign 🙏

Yesterday I have given the interview. I felt it went well as they informed about the shift timings and every thing, but currently my selection is on hold it seems what does it mean?

Had an interview last Friday, i believe it went very well. The hiring manager showed me the factory, office and introduced me to general manager and managers from the office. She asked me for my availability for early next week. She said she will contact me on Friday by 8pm or Monday early morning. Of course I did send an follow up email straight after the interview with my availability early next week. I received an email Monday afternoon " There may be a slight delay in the second interview, but I would like you to come in for it. What is your availability end of the next week?" She did mentioned by end of the 1 stage interview that there is one more candidate"
Do you think they may be in negotiations stage with other candidate at this point?
