    Hi mate,
Great video and great to also have people like yourself doing these videos. I've just bought a set of lever guards for my S1000RR (2010). The parts they supplied did not fit as you said, but not how they advertised the part which is annoying. Looks like I'll need as you said the thread adaptor, but I have searched the internet and can't find one and in the UK. Also would I need to get an additional spacer as you pointed out. Hope to hear from you and hope you're keeping safe over there in the US.
    Dean

We tried to help sort that out on our site for riders so they can get all the parts they need for the install on the first order. - Van

Hey bro, how about the vibrations ?
Isn't the OEM bar end weights made heavy to reduce vibrations and kind of help in stabilising the handle ?

OEM bar ends can be used to help dampen vibration on models. With most track bikes you will be removing the OEM clip ons and installing a set of 2 piece to make bar changes easier after a fall. You can not use the OEM bar ends on any of the aftermarket stuff. IMO the difference in vibration is very minor. - Van

No the included hardware will get the job done. Here is a link to an install video we did on our R7 with OEM bars: th-cam.com/video/kfw8FqD0SxI/w-d-xo.html

    Hey mate,
What size adapter should i order to install these lever protectors?

If you are running OEM bar you will need the Driven Bar End Adapter for BMW S1000R/RR Models DBEW-ADP-BMW. Here is a link to that on our site: www.sportbiketrackgear.com/driven-bar-end-adapter-for-bmw-s1000r-rr-models-dbew-adp-bmw/

What adapter would I need for a 13 Daytona, having a hard time figuring it out :(

With OEM bars your options are a little limited. Pretty sure the bar end uses a 5mm bolt and the lever guard comes with a 6mm. You only options are to install aftermarket clip ons or drill and tap the OEM bar to accept the 6mm bolt that comes with the guard. - Van

@@sportbiketrackgear clip ons it is then, ill start looking into options on your site, thanks Van. I like the current position of my bars so I don't need risers, just need to decide if I want an offset or not.
