Remember seeing Tony first on USA network the old Madison Square Gardens. He’s the reason I got into weight training. Bad ass. Good to see him here

His physique was easily the greatest of it's time, rivaled only by legends like Ivan Putski and Superstar Billy Graham. In his prime, Tony's V-taper was unbelievable, indicating that he was able to maintain a strict training and eating regimen, even with the psychotic work schedules pro wrestling required during the territory days. 💪🏿💪🏿🇺🇸

So Tony Atlas was basically on the Paleo diet before it was called Paleo.

I'm no body builder but Tony's eating choices when he was training is exactly how I try to eat. Get low carbs naturally from fruit, veg and meats. I always look and feel better when I do.

I still think Tony had the best physique in wrestling.
He looks less artificial and chemical than the newer guys.
He was taller and lighter than Ted Arcidi but his arms still looked bigger than Arcidi.
At that time Arcidi had just benched world record 705.
Superstar also had a great physique and not as chemical and artificial as the newer guys.
Of course I grew up seeing these guys so I am biased.

He's admitted to dianabol use, and that's all he admitted. Yes genetics play a role and eating clean mainly is key, but you're only get so far without some type of enhancement supplement, and I'm not talking creatine or whey.

@@kareemsupremet.v.5189 ...have you tried? ...he'd have been shredded but thin...to maintain full muscles it's the water retention from the sauce...you are either shredded and thin or big and bulky natural...when you take stuff you can combine the shred with the bulk...otherwise it ain't happening...obviously some like Tony have great genetics and react well to steroids so it seperates him from a regular guy on steroids...but without the juice and eating no carbs Tony would have been shredded and thin..especially his legs..ive trained and trained people for shows for over 30 years...im not trying to be a know it all, but if you were sincerely asking than that is the answer. what he has going for him is a small bone structure for his height...narrow hips and wrists...it makes his muscles look fuller and his shoulders look even broader due to his narrow bone structure in his hips...he is genetically gifted, but without steroids he could never look nearly as great as he did.
