I have no pity as this guy attained a physique fee wi and is a legend! Given the schedule, testing and everything else this man traversed, let's worship his knowledge as let's be honest... Greatest physique in wrestling ever!

I worked out every day with Lax in around 2005 at his apartment gym. Mostly we did 45 minutes of cardio together and then weights separately. He was the same as he is on the podcast .Very bright,and nice. Super intelligent when it came to training and diet.
