Sir good morning ,I have a pinching nerve in my right shoulder,when I do dumble for byceps there is no pain in my hand ,but when I do shoulder exercise that is when I raise my hand parallel to my body means sideways like birds wings(i keep hands straight) there a nerve pains,pls suggest some remedy,means when I do latteral raise It pains a lot in between shoulder and elbow
Biceps have 3 functions: elbow flexion, forearm supination, and shoulder flexion. So, yes it's alright because you're using all three functions of the muscle for a maximum contraction, which is why the Chris feels it more.

So bringing up the elbows on bicep curls is alright? I think that's where my growth has been lacking is the form

I usually use the curl machine last. To get the blood pump like he said should I do machine first then seated curls?
