I bought from a collector a brand new 2000 Green ZX12-R stored in a heated warehouse two years ago... 1st generation non restricted version, top speed 350 km/h. I put only 1737km... planning to get the 2020 kawasaki 1000SX for everyday work force ...Glad to see someone talk about the ZX12-R...They don't make them anymore like that. Keep Safe and Thank you.

Had a B2 model in the same Mystic and Gold a few years ago, beautiful looking bike. Only mods I did was Yoshi can, BMC filter, power commander and HEL lines. Once the stock suspension was serviced and set up for me, it handled very well for its size. 15k fault free miles and a treat to ride. Have only been recently looking for another one like these B4 models with the Radial front callipers and in the same colour scheme, bloody hens teeth!

Nice clean bikes mate, i have the 2005 model and my stock airfilter whas realy dirty and i put in a bmc airfilter the street version,after that when im hitting the trottle when the engine is a little bit warm there is a whisling noise from the air intake when im going off the gas also on engine breaking and when im shifting between the gears, is this juist normal? i put in new stock filters and the same whisling sound Im only hearing that sound with the dominator exaust when you closing the trottle the whisling sound is the same sound i think on my bike I hope you have a answer for me i did go to some motorshops en give different answers one says its just normal resonance the other says its a vacuum leak Sorry for my bad english mate im from the netherlands
Sounds pretty normal to me mate.I always ask if the bike runs sweet? Or is it worse after modes? The noise would be a change in airflow as the filter you say was dirty and with the exhaust you will be getting more flow out so more air in is required thus making a different noise to what you are used to.More air = louder or different noise.That’s my opinion and am not saying I am 100% correct but if runs sweet get out and ride it.Hope that helps👍🇦🇺
@@AussieKawiman Thnx for taking the time to answer my question, the bike runs fine no problems at all,little bit more torque With the bmc filters in lower rpm and the gas respons is a little bit better and the wisling is a little bit louder than with the new stock filters I want to give the bike a ecu flash and putt it on a dyno, maybe the guy can say its normal but i think you are are right Thnx again mate from Rotterdam👍
I had one from Brand New the thing was a rocket ship i did a track day on it down the old back straight at Snett UK and went between a Blade and a RSV side by side down the straight they came up to me after and said had i got a Dynojet tune on it, No thats how they come, they are wide though and i took the paint off the side fairing leaning it over
