- Nintendo LABO has been slowly fading in the background for a while now... what happens if we bring it back to the spotlight by having them come to Smash?
also no i will NOT call him Sir Falls-a-lot.

What is the TFP2?:
The TFP2 stands for the Toxiquid Fighters Pass 2, and is a set of seven videos detailing how I, as well as some special guests, would make a certain character work in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This is complete with a moveset, stage, custom music (made by HighPoweredArt), spirit board, classic mode, and everything in between.
Characters in the TFP2: the Castle Crashers, LABO Man, Shovel Knight, Dr. Eggman, Hat Kid, Sora, and Hornet.
What is Nintendo LABO?:
Nintendo Labo is a toys-to-life concept developed by Nintendo and released in April 2018. Labo consists of 2 parts, where one part is a game and one part is multiple sheets of cardboard. (Wikipedia)

One of his gimmicks is he will really your directional inputs wrong some of the time
Or maybe it adds an item that mimics drifting for other characters
If during the attacks where the joycon is damaged/deals 69% (funne) the same attacks that use it, are weakened by half, and if you shield he gets another one(a different one)

Imagine if when you press buttons on you joycon those buttons are pressed on the joycon on labo mans back,and when a move involves the joycon rumbling you feel the rumble in your joycon too

Alternate Final Smash Idea:
Labo-Man pulls out a Switch Tablet, which grows comically large. He swipes with it and the opponent hit by it is sucked into the screen. Labo-Man then holds down the fast forward button on the instructions screen, showing a cutscene of the opponent getting beat up by cardboard, before being thrown out the screen. If the opponent is of high enough percent / low enough hp, he doesn’t come back out the screen, but instead slams into it like a Screen K.O.
The labo man will break the fourth wall
He then pulls out a comically large switch
Finally, the Nintendo family joins into smash, Mr game and watch Rob and finally labo man.
Don't forget Duck Hunt who represents the NES Zapper.

The Joycons spirt should have a slippery environment effect referencing its main feature.... the drift

And to make it more realistic this character moves slightly to the right on its own to simulate controller drift!

TBH I thought the stage would be the Toy-Con house, which would be a giant box with two exits either side and one in the bottom middle. Occasionally, one of the widgets would appear, taking up one or two(if it's the portals) holes, and activating a few seconds later for about one or half a minute before leaving for the same amount of time

I like how Gumbo has a buss pass which implies he is just going to take Madz on a nice bus trip home.

If Nintendo added a little effect where the joystick on the character corresponds with irl, it would be proof of drift.

Yeah! I always think of Smash as a way to honor the most influential characters, and LABO was SUPER unique, it deserves a spot!

Thank you for this video, it really helped me figure out what Godzilla would be if he was a DLC fighter. But who knows, maybe in the future you might do your own spin on it.

With the way smash ultimate mods are progressing, i hope we'd be able to make it work. (New characters, even in base game are built off veterans, so you can do stuff like copy wario's bike for the side specials, and sinilar stuff for the kther references you made in the video.)
I totally thought the final boss would've been master and crazy hand, because y'know. Hands making the Labo?

I really do like when TH-camrs in smash analysis go into stats because they can really help to characterize a character and how they feel like taking DDA for example his slow airspeed both helps to balance him because he be broken if you cat jiggly puff or Mario’s airspeed and reference how slow he moves in his home series now take banjo Kazooie‘s run they take a small amount of time to start up before barreling forward with Zoe‘s legs instead of banjos it’s a small detail but it really does help define the character really like if you guys were to go into white air and ground speed as well as general speed of attacks the characters
Spirit battle: Your fighter will randomly move around without any inputs, no movement can be done during this

Just saying, I feel like one neat detail about Labo Man that he would share with Bowser Jr is that he would take slightly reduced damage if the Switch controller is hit instead of Labo Man himself, like Bowser Jr and his clown car.

Hey there! I just wanted to say great job on all your work. I think you've just earned another 100 subs. But on a lesser important note...
I might be the only one to bring up this potential character for Smash, and this boi is Porky Minch from Earthbound. Here's why:
1- He would be a perfect antagonist representative fighter for the Mother/Earthbound series.
2- He would be the first non-psychic Earthbound kid to become a fighter
3- He was the only Boss in any Smash game to not return in Ultimate at all! (the Absolutely Safe Capsule Spirit doesn't really count as Porky himself)
4- His Final Smash can be his Boss Form from Brawl (like Piranha Plant's Final Smash having Petey Piranha from Brawl)
5- He might most likely not join as a Challenger Pack considering Mother/Earthbound representation in Smash is pretty decently, but if he were we *could,* Giygas (the main antagonist of Mother 1+2) would be a cool Spirit. He isn't featured in Smash Ultimate either!
If you could (maybe) make a vid about this or something, that would be great. I really don't know. Spreading the word would be good enough.
And sorry if this "letter" is making me sound like a stingy Mother fan-boy. I just can't get the feeling off that we really are missing Porky.

The joy con should break over time and after a lot of hits should break and have to wait a few seconds before being able to attack again
I feel like the Joy-Cons spirit should make it so that after some substantial time is spent on the stage, the enemies tend to just drift off occasionally in a random direction.

Laboman dashed forth joycon first, the more damage he has the further he goes. Just like drift in real life. Also the attack is a multi hit as well

Also I would imagine there would also be an enhancable spirit in the form of the toy con house/toy con house and mysterious creature, it will be a fight against a white kirby, and a giant orange laboman, the goal is take out the white kirby, but the giant orange laboman will be super strong and super defensive, when enhanced, the spirit gives you a jump boost, since the mysterious creature bounces around.

Great video! But I really think the Legendary spirit should've been the final boss from Toy-Con Blaster
we were debating on that, but honestly with the theme of Toy-Cons that we set in place for the spirits, to have this random blaster guy pop up at the end is kinda weird. with Riggs, Plaise, and Lerna, they at least show up in ALL the LABO games, but blaster boss is only one
Me, having all of the labo kits, i want more of labo. Really bad. Its a childhood dream building stuff out of cardboard and playing with it afterwards. (The vr kit was my fav)
