There are going to be a good amount of characters who unfortunately will not become playable characters in Smash.
But it's still interesting to think about what kind of move sets these characters can have if they were playable, so that's why I'm here today.

If Gooigi was added, I have a suggestion for an entrance animation: if it’s just him, a green puddle will form into Gooigi. If Gooigi and Luigi are both in the battle, Luigi will always appear first in the entrance scene, and will shoot Gooigi out of his poltergust (the tank will be empty) and Gooigi will hit the ground and form his Luigi shape.

-When parrying, Goomba puts on a Skull that Dry Goombas wear, similar to how Steve uses his shield in Smash Ultimate.

Can I try a moveset idea out for him?
Fighter suggestion: Dirk the Daring from Dragon's Lair. He represents the laserdisc games of the 80s, and thus is another arcade classic like Pac-Man or Donkey Kong. His was arguably the first game with hand-drawn graphics, and he's actually been saving princesses for longer than even Link or Mario (TLOZ = 1986 SMB = 1985 DL = 1983). Yes, he'd be another swordfighter, but he also has some novel tricks like magic and a flying mechanical horse (good S Special option!). His N Special could be Dragonfang, the fiery magic sword he uses in the climactic battle against Singe. It could work a bit like Roy's Flare Blade.
Dirk's intro could have him warp in using the time machine from DL2:TW, or stepping through a door as though beginning a room. One of his victory animations could have him run through a door, as though he just cleared a room. The second could be Daphne giving Dirk a kiss for rescuing her, like in DL1's ending. The third could have them flying away on the time machine, presumably back to their own time and world, similar to DL2's ending.

In the game “Rivals of Aether” there’s a Steam workshop so people can upload and download characters and stuff so if you find someone able to make characters in the workshop you can have them make some characters and test them out

I have a request! Stranger from Oddworld Strangers Wrath. He is a remarkably badass character who has a ton of potential in smash. A ton of people probably don’t know him due to oddworld’s golden age was in the 90’s. But I have some cool ideas!
Stranger’s down B would pull up a weapon wheel where he can switch between his ammunition. His ammunition are the critters he finds in the wild. Each creature has a different effective use. They can be fired off in his neutral B, the crossbow. Fuzzles attach to the target and do small damage over a short time, if they miss, they are set on the ground as traps that attach when stepped on. Zapflies do medium electric damage, with no gimmicks. Slugbugs do heavy damage, but are low in number. And Stingbees are weak alone, but fire rapid unflinching damage with large ammunition numbers. Stranger can refill the ammo like inkling, he holds Shield and B and begins rummaging around on the ground looking for critters. He can have a special hud that updates with which critter you have active, and how much ammo you have for it. For his Final Smash, he can launch a Boombat, it explodes on contact or after a short distance. It launches the opponent into a pillaged town. The opponent gets ambushed by the outlaws and is finished by Seckto’s robot from the final act. The rest of his moves can be adapted as punches and spins he uses in the game.

A character that gets overlooked a lot but I might as well suggest anyway: Vaati
A few reasons for Vaati's inclusion in smash go as follows:
1. The Zelda franchise is still lacking in overall character representation as well as help balance the good guy/bad guy ratio of character within the Zelda universe roster
2. Another villain is always welcome, but this time it wouldn't be another large sized heavyweight!
3. A fairly unique archetype of being a mage, which smash has a lack of and even more of a lack of one that use wind magic (Vaati would be primarily wind focused but have other elements as well)
4. Vaati would be a character with some ACTUAL WINDBOXES since those were almost all stripped away from us upon the release of ultimate
Even if the suggestion doesn't make it in, I still look forward to whatever character you showcase next cause it's impressive to see how much research goes into making these videos to make sure these hypothetical characters are done justice! So yeah keep these coming!

I'd like to see what a Portal character would be like. The obvious choice would be Chell, but I feel Atlas and PBody are a little more iconic, since it's far easier to see them in normal gameplay and they do have more personality than Chell, who, let's face it, has the personality of a weighted storage cube compared to the co op bots. Plus there's the obvious choice of having Atlas and PBody be alternate costumes of each other (though there is the issue of them having different heights).

I actually have a couple of ideas for "Assist Trophy" Characters since they wouldn't work as fighters
Fall Guy:
Runs around the stage, trying to grab fighters so the summoner can get some attacks in.
They also leave a trail of slime which slows down ALL fighters, summoner included.
Shroob:
It runs around and when near an enemy it shoots them with a small laser gun.
if it is hit by a fire-based attack, it will go up in flames and frantically run and jump about the stage. (Making contact with it will make you take damage)
Ravio:
Tries to avoid enemies most of the time, if there are no enemies near the summoner he will retreat back to them.
If he is forced into combat he will knock opponents back with a hammer then run away.
When he's not running or fighting he will throw two random items into the air every few seconds. (if there are less than two items switched on he will never appear.)
I actually think Ravio is a good candidate for a Young Link Echo Fighter.

Alright, so I have three requests for you today:
I would absolutely love to see you make a moveset for Octoling. Inkling covers the Splatoon 1 weapons, and so Octoling could utilize the new weapons and subweapons from Splatoon 2 (Dualies and Brellas are the first to come to mind).
Another character I'd love to see you tackle is Koopa Troopa. He's in the same boat as Goomba for being iconic, and there are plenty of moves you could glean from the Mario RPG games as well as the main series.
Alright, one more. A moveset for Rouge the Bat would be sick. That is all.

I already commented “Snivy in smash” but I just watched the other pokemon trainers and I really feel like Snivy should be their own character instead of being a part of a trainer, I feel like we need more smaller pokemon characters by themselves instead of part of a whole trainer character, we only have Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Pichu as in small but deadly pokemon characters, the other ones are final evolutions, legendarys or part of a trainer moveset, and I feel like Snivy is the perfect fit for Small but Deadly all by her self
What about Swinub, Breloom, Maril or John
I love Snivy but I think they would be better off in a Unovan Trainer moveset. Snivy is really haughty and charming, but they lack the notoriety of someone like Charizard for example
