    thank you soo much i feel instantly relief from my anxiety. i have been fighting with this all my life because of autism (not had the right treatments.. and i'm not interessted in pills anymore) this literally have saved my life because the anxiety have drived me insane. thank you so much for this extra tool :D it helped me relax

    Great ... Really great ... one additional tip that will help all of you guys ... always "consider" the continual thought which has been going through ur brain on and on .. as an "info" which you made it as a habitual thought .. and just like you made it .. you can let thisssss infooooo goooo 🌹🌷⚘

    I have started to do this 5 minute mindfulness at least twice a day
    I love your calm voice and its really helping me
    Because at times I get very anxious with over thinking
    But thank God I came across your videos

    Good Morning Julia - I am now doing this meditation 4 -5 times a day. I would not have believed the life changing benefits mindful meditation would bring - but it’s quite amazing.
    Thank you for the short guided meditation as well. It’s easy to find the 5 minutes for the sessions.

    That is crazy! I felt supported and experienced a sense of being loved. I took whatever you were saying very personal, as if you truly spoke directly to me. You really sounded like my ‘personal angel’ might sound like. I know it’s very strange and bizarre, but that is my impression which really surprised me. You definitely have a gift for guiding through meditation. I feel so much better. Thank you so much.

    Hey Julia that one just popped up on my phone this morning it really grounded me awesome look at you you were so young it reminded me of my social worker who taught me mindfulness CBT DBT and self-soothing I was talking to a friend last night about self soothing and taking the time out she gave me some tea I love to have tea when I am self-soothing it is the only time I drink it I like orange spice mixed with green tea and some honey thank you for what you do for us😁👍🌆🇺🇸⚓🎗🏚🤸‍♂️❤

    You were talking about listening to the background noise...the noise of the traffic. I sat and listened. The only nouse ws my fridge, so i thought what about the noise of the fridge? Then you said, the hum of the fridge....I burst out laughing!

    I am a beginner here, I struggle with anxiety, overthinking and low self esteem. Mindfulness exercises are very helpful to me . But when i am doing mindfulness exercises i start yawning and having tears in my eyes and I am afraid that the yawning is starting to break my concentration. Is this normal and What to do. Thank u for ur videos

      Maria Iskandar This is just you relaxing, not a bad thing. When this happens with me I just use it as an opportunity to re-concentrate and redirect my thoughts, improving my concentration more in the long-run. Another possibility is that your body is telling you that you need more sleep.

      Totally normal ... sleeping .. yawning is a natural biological response from inner relaxation ... to prove my point ... an angry or fearful or panicing person cannot yawn at the peak of the negative feeling .

    For me, mindfulness is simply being aware of myself. I personally dont find alpha states to be helpful.
