The nutition of veggies in your grocery store is seriously compromised. Grown your own, freeze the bounty & eat healthy all winter. I eat good meat from a local farmer who doesn't use antibiotics or hormones.
@@Altered4n892t I think it's throwing a thimble of water on a fire. The problem is inflammation in the brain, caused primarily by diet (often aggravated by genetic predispositions). The most impactful thing a person can do is to change diet, immediately stop eating processed foods and seed oils. Go low-carb high-fat if possible. It's the most anti-inflammatory diet there is. A carnivore diet is even better, though I know it's hard to sustain for many. If possible, top it off with daily activity, getting more blood (and oxygen) to the brain. Even a little bit is better than nothing.
Thank you very much for creating this video. I appreciate it very much. My wonderful father passed away from complications of Alzheimer's disease.

Right, I’m just starting this and wondering wtf 😳… but we shall see
Old interview, around 10:10 he mentions year 2020.
💯 Super outdated. I loved his statement "alzheimer's is to brain amyloid as cholesterol is to heart disease" - Neither of those are true 😆
So what do you guys think of the supplements they suggest on here?
