Our government is completely out of control
It doesnt make it fully automatic. It just helps increase the rate In which you can fire. If it were fully automatic the trigger would never reset.
This is getting ridiculous. The ATF is getting way to aggressive.
The full 5th circuit court touched on what the statutory definition of a machine gun means in the Cargill V Garland bump stock case!
"The statutory definition of machine gun utilizes a grammatical construction that ties the definition to the movement of the trigger itself, and not the movement of a trigger finger. Nor do we rely on grammar alone. Context firmly corroborates what grammar initially suggests by demonstrating that Congress knew how to write a definition that is keyed to the movement of the trigger finger if it wanted to. But it did not. The Government offers nothing to overcome this plain reading, so that we are obliged to conclude that the statutory definition of machine gun unambiguously turns on the movement of the trigger and NOT a trigger finger."
If the SC takes up this case and ultimately side with the 5th circuit court the ATF looses their quest against Rare Breed Triggers LLC.

A firearm can be dangerous regardless auto or semi you literally gave a firearm with a high rate of fire to first time shooters before they gotten use to a semi
