Ground Release Ratchet Production Run

A quick production run in the home shop.
These are ratchets for ground release ratchets. Basically a pull cord to release the shackle wraps around one of these to allow the shackle to be released when the load is lowered by a crane

How much machining is required for ratchets????

I'd say these would have taken under half a day on my manual machines if I wasn't filming

@@TomMakeHere actually I want to know what is the estimated machining time of ratchets(normal ones) apart from this video ??

@@jashpatel2471 I've not had a great deal of machining industry experience, but with a proper CNC mill and the setup ready I'm sure these could all be made in under an hour quite easily.
