I had prolotherapy done in my thoracic spine, rib angles, origins/insertions of many muscles in my back, facet joints, etc. It worked wonders for me, in conjunction with prudent physical therapy in between injections (6 to 8 weeks).
The patient isn’t looking so good, I really think he is malnourished. I’m no doctor but I don’t think you should be able to take him apart like that.
