I think it has some kind of benefit according to some research but its shaky at best. I dont think its anything to glorify as a permanent solution for pain
I thought C2 must be done with xray guidance + contrast due to the verterbral artery being so close?
I had prolotherapy done in my thoracic spine, rib angles, origins/insertions of many muscles in my back, facet joints, etc. It worked wonders for me, in conjunction with prudent physical therapy in between injections (6 to 8 weeks).
Let’s hope John has a wonderful response.

Thank you. I'm all for ASMR, but prolotherapy is not approved by the FDA and has not been scientifically proven to be effective in any study. Supposedly in very rare instances it can be helpful, but that goes for all 'alternative medical practices' pretty much. Basically, fancy words or no, don't inject shit into your spine. @@sammyrockywelly
Well Dr James, my advice is to buy him flowers and always tell him he’s pretty, even when he looks fat in those slacks. Hope you get his number…ya weirdo
