  • The spine is one of the most complex and important systems in the human body. The spinal column is the body’s main support structure. Its thirty-three bones, called vertebrae, are divided into five regions: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, and coccygeal.
The medical treatment of spinal injuries and diseases requires an equally intricate knowledge of several disciplines, including orthopedics, neurology, chiropractic, vascular, and others. To offer the best possible level of spine care for our patients, Florida Orthopaedic Institute has developed a unique center of excellence totally and absolutely dedicated to the treatment of the spine.
Florida Orthopaedic Institute’s spine specialists focus on prevention, restoration of function, reduction in pain, and control of costs in developing any treatment for back pain. Education, exercise, medication, ultrasound, heat, massage, and chiropractic therapies are often applied as nonsurgical options to relieving spine pain. If nonsurgical approaches are not effective, the team is able to offer the latest advancements in state-of-the-art spine surgery.
Florida Orthopaedic Institute brings highly skilled orthopedic care to Tampa Bay and the surrounding area by offering virtually unmatched expertise in every orthopedic subspecialty. I totally appreciated this video. It answered a lot of questions. Even if he got some things wrong he definitely addressed more things than my general practitioner ever did

how to cure and re aline your spine .. stand up straight lift your arms elbows to shoulder height and swing round keeping your feet firmly planted(no turning of feet) as you swing try and look behind you do it vigorously try and really twist using your arms as momentum . do this to the side where the pain is and your bones will jump back into place.

Thank you for the proper information.
I will be going for cupping therapy for my back pain - PIVD as suggested by my doctor based on my MRI Scan, as I have
    -Lumbar spondylosis
-L3-L4: Diffuse disc bulge with annular tear causing bilateral lateral recess narrowing, with indentation of bilateral traversing nerve roots, however, no secondary spinal canal stenosis
-L4-L5: Diffuse disc bulge with posterocentral disc extrusion causing secondary spinal canal stenosis and bilateral neural foraminal and lateral recess narrowing with indentation of bilateral traversing nerve roots
I would like to know the correct remedy for the same.
Also, may I know, How will cupping help me recover from this unbearable situation?
    Please help 🙏

I'am a surgical scrub nurse with 25 years experience and assisted on many types of back surgery. Your symptoms and diagnosis is very severe and cupping is actually a joke. Whoever recommended this for you is a quack. Your severe issues with your back ultimately will require surgery. There are many alternative therapies but cupping is throwing your money down the drain. It may be used for some things but absolutely not your problem. Please do not go back to whomever recommended that for you. It's frightening that they would even suggest such a thing. Please go see a licensed board certified pain management physician and a neurosurgeon to be diagnosed correctly and given the proper recommendation. Mri's will be need to view your spine and internal structures for a accurate diagnosis and maybe you can do without surgery but eventually you will have to have surgery because spinal disease is progressive and continues to get worse. I personally have needed surgery on my neck and back with none grafts and hardware but have continued to put it off but it is getting to the point that surgery is in the very near future. Good luck!

@@cindyrivera9845 Thank you so much mam for your inputs.
I was also skeptical about cupping therapy and I've had it twice which didn't got me any kind of relief while she (doc) said "See I just rectified your PIVD" and I was like I don't feel even 0.00...01% change!
Although this (ayurvedic) doc claims that she can get me back to normal saying it majorly depends on me doing physical excercises that she suggested even after seeing my MRI Scan.
I now think I should see some other physio/neuro surgeon.
      Thanks again mam 🙏
