      Both to be on the safe side. Mk4 has been used in Japan for years and is what the body prefers. Mk7 stays in the body longer and can be converted. You need to get this as a supplement or eat natto. However mk4 is found in cheese, eggs, liver, etc so you can get it through a diet.
      This is obviously an add.

      Vitamin K2 - MK7 and MK-4 it's good but MK-7 stay longer then mk4 ;) so i recommanded you MK-7 u can buy on amazon vitamin K2 - MK-7 or to ebay or walmart they are alot of sites that sell this suplements ;)

      100 micrograms is a baseline maintenance level, 3-400 micrograms should be used to help treat issues.

      I watched the video last week where a doctor said you can take up to 45,000 micrograms of mk7k. I don't think it's sold at that high rate however so I take 600 micrograms each day along with 10,000 IU of D3

    It's not as we age it's as we eat shitty foods

      yeah, shitty foods that don't contain k2, that's why asian countries, at least in the past, had no issues with their heart. always eating fermented foods rich in k2, whereas in a western diet, your doctor will tell you to avoid diary and fermented foods because of cholesterol, but it's these very foods that contain the k2, effectively making their calcification worse by telling them to avoid it.
