是不是你烤的时间太长了?这个出来上面的硬一点的,刷了蛋液就不会那么硬的

可以可以,美国这边中筋面粉的蛋白质含量也很高的
下午就立马做了。。。前三个也许功力不够,不是面皮薄厚不一就是豆沙馅分布不均。做到第四个有了质的飞跃,一只活脱脱肉嘟嘟白胖胖的大毛毛虫跃然案板上,顿时被自己做的面包吓到了,扔在那不敢动,后几个都是让老公挪到烤盘里的。。。
