300g Bread flour 1,3/4cup+2,1/2tbsp
3g Instant yeast 1tsp
3g Salt 1/2tsp
20g Milk powder 1.32tbsp
30g Caster sugar 2.4tbsp
190ml Ice water 0.8cup
30g Softened unsalted butter 2.11tbsp
Peanut Butter
Oil
Bread flour/All-purpose flour
Whole Milk
Mold：Muffin pan （12pcs）
* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 18 minutes

I’m making them right now, still proofing them. Good luck to me. It’s just a long process especially fermentation. It’s 8:33 pm now and I’m almost done on 1st fermentation.
