    If you can, clip the reverb and delay sends too. That would be clutch also! Appreciate your time ❗️

    yea the protools stock eq is a beast i spent money on new plugins like 6 months ago and realized none of the eq's were as good as the protools stock

      I think most of the pro tools plugins are great. A lot of them where coded by genius programmers who went on to work for other companies like waves etc.

      Nah pro tools stock eq is trash, looks like its from 1990's and it lacks a lot of features like what Pro Q3 offers

      @@henrybatchem4617 Pro Q is a dynamic eq, it's not the same. You can tell you don't know much. The Pro Tools eq is amazing as can be. The waves F6 is similar to pro q 3 not pro tools. Do you even know the different types of eqs?

    Hi, hey dudes what is you're maximum main Lead vocal level peak ?
    I always limit at -6db peak but not sure...

    • @superwassou
      @superwassou ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is a personal choice.
      Mine are around -18 db.
      The only thing is a matter of a SUBJECTIVE balance, equilibrium.

    • @BigLoxxOfficial
      @BigLoxxOfficial ปีที่แล้ว

      @@superwassou -18 is not too low ? When you compress after, how it sound ?

    • @superwassou
      @superwassou ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BigLoxxOfficial in the digital realm the noise level is very low so no need to record very hot.
      Plus with analog simulations it seems that most pluggings that I use have their sweet spot around -18db.

    • @JorgeGonzalez9501
      @JorgeGonzalez9501 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I also aim to have vocals peak around -15 to -18db AFTER processing. When you’re mastering and if you choose to aim for -10 to -8 LUFS it’ll bring those vocals to around -6db. It really just depends on how many LUFS you’re aiming for. It’s always better to to record low for more even vocals and to avoid distortion. You can always increase the volume with low vocals but you want be able to with loud ones
