Thanks for sharing Liz... i added more coconut coir to my soil also (more coconut coir than soil) for my leaf propa and found that the leaves produce pups faster and more healthier soil

Growing season varies on different species. Let's take for an example the Echeveria Genus. Not all Echeveria species grows in summer. Some grows in cold weather so it's very difficult to generalize. I do have videos where I've tackled growing season of specific species and cultivars of certain Succulent Genus. I find that a lot of succulent genus can be controlled not by season but by temperature.
Your rice cakes/rolls remind me of “tamales” in Mexico, there’s a kind that is also wrapped in banana leave made in Veracruz on the Gulf of Mexico….looks very good …. Tere (US)
