Loved all the plants. It was so nice to see side by side all d sedums. I loved them all. The king kong rock was so interesting and it was a pretty arrangement. Baby P chattering away is always somehow good and happy thing to listen to. I loved fhe leticia? In d background waiting to be potted up. Thanku

I saw small granite pieces at my farm supply store today. In the chicken section. I wonder if you could find it near you.

Maifan Stone is the same as the Decomposed Granite I use. It can be bought online.
I wish I could afford some planters. And soils. And rocks. Very new to succulents; not a fan of cacti. I ordered 11 different varieties of 2" pots, of succulents. I know that I want to keep them small plants. I just want to do a really good job with them. I love your tips and tricks.
I'm in a 9b-10b hardiness zone, and heat zone 10. Still trying to figure out which ones need to be indoors, and which ones will be awesome outside.
Most succulents prefer to be outdoors. If you got them from the shops and kept indoors, slowly introduce them outdoors where they will grow their best. Lucky for you that you are in a good growing zone where you don't get frost or snow. Happy growing.
I think what you thought was a 'sedum palmeri', could be a 'Aeonium Haworthii, (Pinwheel)'.
Flower and recent growth has now confirmed it to be Palmeri. Thanks for the input.

Some Sedum such as this one I used can be cut and stay catatonic in their dormancy period until temperature warms up.

I found a tiny succulent and it wasn't in a pot. It just had a root bulb with some dirt on it. I have no idea how to care for it. I wrapped it in a paper towel. I watered it well and have let it sit on a window ledge. I ordered some "succulent" soil but I don't have a pot. I decided to see what kind works best. This plant isn't big and a couple of leaves have fallen off. I hope I can get it to survive.
If no pot, you can use plastic containers or bowls, mugs or even aluminum foils to grow it.
Hope we can find out the name of the secondary plant it looks amazing i want it x
