Question,.. Does the PVA Jet 4 with, the Port Blast angle at 74 degrees, deflect the Blast Noise, away from the shooter to avoid, "Concussion Headaches" from prolonged shooting ? How is it on Muzzle Rise for seeing,.. Impacts ? Is it, one of the "Better" Brakes, in Your Opinion ? Less Muzzle RISE and LESS Blast, are my main Needs for, my 6.5 Creed. Recoil Reduction is NOT, as important to Me. Good Testing !!! Thank you, Yanick, in advance for answering, my Questions.
Hi, long story short, the PVA brakes are the best concussion side, even better than 90deg port (witch is kind suspicious, but the results talk for themself) and it's the reason all my hunting rifles now run PVA brakes. On the muzzle rise side, if you don't mind the size, the shockwave shows best results with creedmoor case size. I've run a Jetblast (3 ports) for a long time on my 6.5creed and been really happy with it.
Thank you, for your Reply ! Brake "concussion" at, the shooter, is very important, to me ( #1 ). Next is, Muzzle rise, lastly is recoil reduction. I will be looking at both, the PVA Shockwave and, the Jet 4 Brakes. I'll put, a Phone call into PVA soon, to discuss which is better, for my Sporter weight, Tikka Rifle, in 6.5 Creed. Again,.. Thank you, for your Reply ! @@canadianprecisionshooting9597
I’ve shot most of those higher end brakes and the TMB has performed better than all of them and without a concussion to the shooter. Great testing in the video though!
It is hard to tell without testing. TMB have declined the invitation to be part of this first testing, but I'll try to get my hand on one for the next video to see. And confirming the blast angle, just looking at the port angle, I doubt there will be no concussion, but only test will tell.

I did, but with what we were testing, it seems like all port opens was the best for muzzle rise. Closing port have more positive effect for left and right movement from my observation.
The angle is measure from the barrel being 0deg in direction of the shooter. So lower angle = more blast in shooter's direction, more angle mean further from the shooter. Hope this help
