    Today is a first for me, I show you a Day in My Gluten & Dairy Free Life: Meals Revealed + being Post Menopausal and Adding in Estrogen Rich Foods to my diet! This video included recipes for oatmeal, skillet breakfast that includes eggs, veggies and toast as well as some potato gnocchi I found at my local Sobeys where I made a delicious Rose sauce and salad to go with it. I also include the estrogen rich foods I include in my diet being a postmenopausal woman. I hope you find this helpful! Are you in perimenopause or post menopausal. Here is a list of Estrogen Rich Foods included in this video: coffee, olive oil, oats, flaxseed, mushrooms, leafy greens, garlic, lemon and peanuts.

      @@theintrovertedhomemaker mostly on filmora software or I movie in my phone! Though I am stuck at version 11 as when I purchased it it didn’t included past version 11 - so was really disappointed about that - be careful when buying editing software - though filmora is super user friendly for my 57 year old brain and trying to teach myself how to edit! It’s still a work in progress! I’m just sad I have to also pay to update it! :/ which atm I refuse to do!
