I used to make these on the stove top by boiling then frying them in my cast-iron pan. I never would have thought of using my ninja foodi. Thank you very much for taking the time to make this video!
It's a bit different to make it in the foodi but just as tasty! He used to put butter and water in the pot and once they were done he smashed them and put them back in a pan to get the bottoms of both sides actually browned.
I have to try it that way. Plus let them brown before putting topping on then broil to melt the cheese. probably better. especially with the butter and browning. Thanks for the idea! And thanks for watching!
