I use my instant pot to make my baked potatoes. Admittedly, they are very soft, but they are SOOOO good and so easy to make in it. Great job man; I'll have to try this.

Mashed potatoes are my absolute favorite comfort food side dish! This technique is perfect to play. I'll often add parsnip, celery root, or wax turnip if I can find. It's 0515 EST, and I'm about to make mashed potatoes because of you! 🤣🤣
