It's meant to be a thin soup, not like a chowder. But if you prefer the thicker soup feel make a slurry (1 tsp of corn flour with a little cold water) mix it then add it to the soup at the very end. The heat will thicken it up. I prefer the slurry method over the flour.

Yes you can add or substitute anything you like. You can also use cleaned shrimps But the flavor that comes out from the shrimp stock has an amazing flavor and it gives it a unique flavor that cleaned shrimp can't give. But you can totally do it so work with what u havd it will taste amazing

Miriam Kitchen, ok Ty. I will try. It is a hole fish grilled with seasonings. Then it is put in the oven. And, after u put more of the liquid seasonings on it when finished. Served with salad on the side.
I copied that word in Arabic blackened fish from the um translator from English to Arabic but I don't know if it's correct because I don't read or write what speak out of it so I hope that helps

there is a lot of details involved i might make a dedicated video just to explain. in general, there was some health issues that i am still dealing with, moved twice, changed jobs and the worst out of them all is loosing my mom. she passed away in Egypt and i did not see her for 3 years so i was having a pretty rough time. thank you for your concern i appreciate it. this is one of the reasons why i am back to youtube. to build a community around me to help me get out of what i'm going through. doing something i'm very passionate about and hopefully one day i can make a living out of it too since my health situation is not letting me get a regular job. glad you are part of our small family here. appreciate your support
