Seafood Chowder, Chunky and Creamy Guaranteed to be Amazing

- A thick and creamy, chunky seafood soup with flavours of the sea that's out of this world. Made using fish stock, white fish, scallops, mussels and shrimps or prawns. This version has no potatoes as I don't believe it needs it, but it does have more seafood. Fresh seafood is the secret so buy the freshest you can. See my fish stock recipe or simply buy it ready made. If you can't drink wine, you can leave the wine out if you wish and just add the squeeze of half a lemon juice. Time Flies, that I really wanted to make this seafood chowder and tonight I did, I was lucky enough to have multiple colored carrots, purple, light and regular yellow, orange and it made this dish elegant, and I want to thank you for sharing this recipe, delicious! Hi Joel, I'm not a big seafood person, but I think I would enjoy this very much with a few modifications; chicken stock, cod, shrimp, & scallops from my local Costco. I made your chicken provencal recipe anchovy paste instead of fillets & it was crazy good. This coming from a guy who wouldn't touch an anchovy if his life depended on it, but when you present it, I"m like "hey it's gotta be good!" Great ! I just added a little bit of fresh fennel to the vegetables, and also smoked haddock, leek and salmon. Smoked fish is an excellent substitute for the bacon if you want fish only chowder ,but both also work great together. Add a bit of dill at the end too...Thank you for the recepies!
