    Thank you for sharing this information. Doctors i see do not talk much about things like this. They dont have time to talk about the molecular level of functional medicines. Thanks again for this. I enjoy learning more about taking great care of my gut health.

    very useful information.. i’m going to try butyrate .. i just ordered it 😊.. my gut health is terrible- all in my life eating clean home cooked food and exercising.. probably very much excess stress distorted my gut microbiome .. i’m keep trying to fix it tried so many things in the past few years.. 😢
