I'm still having tons of fun trying them out and it keeps me coming back to these games. I've forced my way up to level 50 something on the unyielding build. The only unyielding piece I have, is the one from a quest in Far Harbor. It's getting depressing 😑.

I highly suggest going towards getting pipers companion perk because you get increased XP for any charisma options that work and discovering locations. Really useful for this build!
The .44 pistol is amazing with this build. To find it just turn left as soon as you get off the bridge from sanctuary then just follow the coast until you find a small generator. You should see a a large tube coming out of it follow it. Ounce you get to the end you should see a skeleton next to the .44 pistol and some .44 rounds.
Do a Tony Stark build! Charisma-Intelligence combination, focuses on building superpowered Power Armor and the Lady Killer perk. Oh, and Codsworth actually says, "Mr. Stark!"

Thanks for the guide! I'm doing this for my current playthrough with Nora. Since in canon Nora is a lawyer, I'm using this build to roleplay her as a former business lawyer using her charisma and smarts to raise caps for herself to find Shaun. I made some modifications to some of the early game perks, but it's been a lot of fun so far!
I have asperger syndrome and having a lot of charisma is an impossible dream for me, but thanks to this build, I can make my dream into a reality in fallout 4. I have no words to describe my gratitude, thank you fudgemupet.
I love the charisma build, it's great to have those extra lines of dialogue through the game! Building all he stores throughout a settlement gives them a much bigger purpose. Great video guys, love all of the builds
I made this build but the backstory is that my character was a revolutionary historian. When he exited the vault, my character split into another personality, where he believed he was George Washington. A silly build, but fun.

+FudgeMuppet - Elder Scrolls & Fallout I have two build ideas, (1) A Mercenary, decently charismatic, with good perception and strength (for the fighting part) He'll take any job, for as much as he can get it to. and (2) Gambler, the gambler will be mostly a luck based character with 10 luck to start off with, and mildly good in Perception ( Finding Cheaters ), Strength ( Fights in the casino ), and Charisma to bargain away when he cheats.
I made my character more of a charismatic scientist. He actually has three different outfits that I use regularly. The minutemen generals coat and Ironsides hat when he is in combat( because he used to be an officer and I think this makes him look like an inspirational leader) a vault tech lab coat when he is at my science facility and a black suit and formal hat when he is trading and for other diplomatic reasons
I made a batman/Bruce Wayne Build. Diplomat build by day and Brawler by night. No weapons. Balistic weave/batman suit mod. Max Charisma (Cuz your batman) Max Strength (Cuz your batman) Middle luck (Cuz your the main character) Early levels on agility Low endurance (Because bane broke your back) Faction: Minute men! Vigilante gameplay during the night. Business man during the day.
So I'm playing with this, replaced Fortune Finder (since you said it wasn't as good) with Black Widow and am already wielding Old Faithful, Scrounger gives me more than enough ammo to use it. My Lady's personality is still forming but so far its something like this: Stacia came out of the vault with one thing on her mind, to find her son. But upon entering the wasteland she saw that so many others were suffering the same pain she was, having lost someone close. So she chose to use her skill when she could to gather and unite people. While she has a kind heart she also understands the importance of money, if she can get more money out of someone who can afford it she will. She will put this money to good use helping those innocents and downtrodden she finds. In combat she will always try to ask for a surrender, if you do surrender you are safe, she will simply take what she needs and move on. I am not sure yet whether she will sympathise with the synths and join the railroad, but she will be a strong Minutemen General and dislike the Brotherhood view on minorities in the commonwealth (Ghouls and possibly Synths). She aims for a peaceful commonwealth where people work together to overcome challenges, and she knows she might need some money and a handful of ammo to make it happen.
I like it! This is a nice change from the usual sneak/ninjas, basher, armor heavy, etc. Totally different experience. Good job on making this more effective than I would have thought.
One thing I dislike about the new charisma perks is the need for a firearm in order to use the pacify abilities. You could make the argument that humans and other thinking creature would be more intimated by a firearm then a machete, but Wasteland Whisperer & Animal Friend shouldn't have to always fallow this line of reasoning.
Silver shroud is high luck (for role playing only) comando, high charisma, at least enought agility to take sneak And Also hack terminal, And lockpicks,
I would recommend also going to vault 118 in the cliff’s edge hotel in harbour as well and buying the dapper gent hat from pearl it give +2 charisma as well as reducing damage from robots by 15%
@@matthew5145 I would stick with the 10mm pistol. It's probably one of the most versatile weapons in the game. You can unlock most of its attachments by putting 2 perk points into Gun Nut, then a few points into Gunslinger to make your pistol's damage and armor penetration even better.
I'd like to see a Mafia build Name: Vito (inspired from the game Mafia) Backstory: born and Raised by his Italian father and American mother, Vito was baptised into a life of crime, His father was arrested for Bank Robbery, Arson and numerous murders. His father was then sentenced to a life time in prison and tells Vito to continue his legacy in his family name, Upset by this he vows to take his father's place in becoming The Main Man of the Mafia. He fought with school bullies, ex boyfriends who abused his young sister, rival baseball fans and in many underground fights. He was intalect, charismatic and an extremely lucky guy. Unfortunately his luck ran out when he was caught stealing money from a general store by the police. His sentence was either jail or cut the sentence by joining the military. He joined the military and was an expert with shotguns and the SMG. after his service he returns home and meets an old friend at the airport from high school. the two fall in love, marry and have a child, feeling like his luck has finally come back, things take a turn for the worst when the bombs were about to be dropped, him, his wife and his son are rushed to the vault. Factions: Vito will use the minutemen to help build his criminal empire back from the ashes and take on anyone who dares come in his way. gameplay: You will always ask for a larger payment if offered, act all kind hearted around the innocent and always think of children before yourself by helping them since you yourself are a father (the vault 81 quest where you cure Austin from the Mole Rat Disease) Weapons: Tommy Gun (spray and pray), molotov cocktails, Baseball Bat (2076 World Series Baseball Bat), Sawed off Shotgun, Switchblade, and a Revolver appearance: any suit or suspenders and slacks and a Fedora
Few things why your builds are the best ! 1.Good back story 2.You make a class look badass which suits them this same as weapons 3.You make people creations come to life !
Even more fun if you mix this with the Infiltrator build. Pure glass cannon stealth assassin that can pass all speech checks with ease. Even more fun when you don't use armor and only wear charisma boosting clothing. Doing this right now on Survival and having a blast. You have to go slowly and plan your routes and companions are a must (highly recommend getting Cait for lockpicking and semi-decent stealth, give her a sledgehammer to tank because you NEED it). You can literally only take one or two shots at most. Makes every firefight a true battle of life and death:)

Xero Collosus It could be that I was hoping to get a more roleplaying game like Fallout: New Vegas. Instead I got a game more like Skyrim, without many choices on quest and a weak main quest. But this may just be me. Some other people may love the game.

Do yourselves a favor and drop to 2 luck, and get 3 strength. Ditch Animal friend and all three ranks of Mysterious stranger for Armorer, Ballistic Weave is a must for this character.

psychopath/pyro build, Always choose the darkest speech options, using big guns such as flamers, and melee weapons, such as the shiskebab. Use moltov cocktails often, and other explosives too. Cage armour is good, as it has a very dark look, but it doesn't really matter that much. Followers would either be cait because of her dark, raider-like nature. SPOILERS BEGIN HERE, DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT FACTION SPOILERS the pyro would likely go with the brotherhood of steel, because of their dark nature, but I'm sure that you can justify other factions. tl;dr - Use mostly flamers and shishkebabs, as well as moltov cocktails. Be a dick to everyone.
what would you say to those who want to play a Female Diplomat, cause Black Widow is an amazing perk for a female charisma based character, would you alter your build to accomidate it or say this is still the best load out for any Diplomat
+Nexious Imrex You can still use the power armor's modifications to buff fist damage, sacrificing most of the damage a power fist would offer for the defense that power armor gives.
I recommend setting up all your supply lines from the mechanist lair and use robots. Allows all your settlements to have maximum happiness as supply lines and robots affect happiness.

You made a great build, but I think that a woman would be more interesting for this build. Female character wasn't supposed to be a lawyer in 2077 ? That sounds like a clever and charismatic character to me. And Agatha's Dress looks better than Reginald's Suit.
I think the Awareness perk would be a good choice early on, that way you can see all of your enemies' levels before engaging them so you know which ones you have a chance at pacifying. Also you'd be able to tell whether you should draw your .44 or your alien blaster, based on their defenses :)
I tweaked this build to be my favorite character of all time, S-3 P-2 E-1(the extra point in perception can be put into endurance) C-10 I-6 A-1 L-6 (including special book, this is because I wanted idiot savant which is not canon to the role play) Basically the same exact thing, but as you discover the institute, the mix of radiation, murdering your own son, the destruction of the factions, and overall view of the world taints his mind so you can play him like "The Slaver" build post level ~30 and side with the raiders in NukaWorld! I like the whole "you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" ideal to this way of playing.
i did this build but i use spray n pray, and a random legendary explosive combat rifle i got. it is so fun, make sure to take demolitions expert for more dmg
also i suggest only 2/3 in the charisma perks that control enemies, reason for this is that with 2/3 you can tell the enemy to 'Incite' and when you attack them they dont attack back, if you do 3/3 you cannot do this. also when a 'companion that you intimidated kills an enemy you dont get xp for it, so you want to kill them for the xp.
This was the 2nd build i tried (first one was the sniper) so I think it's time for a little "Thank you" :) Personally I don't care so much about the backstorys, but your builds are always very well conceived and you present them in a way that make me want to start all over again. If replaying fallout 4 wouldn't be so boring after a few rounds I would totally try the Grognak build too... well maybe I do someday.

I know your doing general builds atm but once you've done all the general stuff and get to specific builds can you make ( like the assassins build ) a survivalist eg was like a member of the special forces military and is as all rounded as possible ,basically Rambo. Using a knife and a combat rifle and high in endurance things like crafting and food and water

+ILS It would also work well as a brotherhood of steel soldier with a dark green bos uniform, a full heavy bos combat armor and automatic laser weaponry. While you could use army fatigues with the ballistic weave its kinda overkill when using armor at the same time.
+ILS you know for all these decisions on which sides to choose from in the start of the game, it would be good part of the main character's story neither if the main character is gonna be a mercenary or hitman for hire for build of the main character in fallout 4.

I'm in the middle of working both the Raider Melee build (so much melee loving it!) and The Scientist build. After watching this one I'm pretty confident I found the one build I truly want to work up all the way. Though I'm probably going to work on 2 settlements only, thanks!
I started making this character but I replaced the Pistol related perks with Rifle related perks. I love the Sharpshooter build so much that my playstyle with him just leaks into my other characters
Anyone who is first seeing this build please read this comment! No seriously its important to the build. Try and find a chem that will decrease your charisma temporarily, then, go to sanctuary and use the "You're Special!" Book on your charisma, making it 10, when the chem wares off, you will have 11, and after the bobblehead, you will have 12!
@@WickdGamr charisma increases the number of people you can recruit to a settlement. If you wanna make a couple of em feel like a big city, or a cap farming settlement.
The FudgeMuppet guys are THE Skyrim and Fallout 4 build guys! I notice you guys seem to have a build for Strength (Raider), Perception (Sharpshooter), Charisma (Diplomat), Intelligence (Scientist), and Agility (Assassin). I don't know if you take suggestions, but I have a few; 1) The Nightmare/Monster/Something Scary and Evil - Survival Build (Endurance) 2) The Scavenger/Vault Delver - Looting Build (Luck) 3) The Gunslinger - Criticals Build (Luck/Agility) 4) The Engineer - Explosives Build (Perception/Intelligence) 5) The Commando - FPS Build (Strength/Agility) 6) RP Builds for kicks like Silver Shroud or Grognak or a supernatural build I know some of these, if not all of them, have been requested already and maybe I am getting ahead of myself but you guys make very fair and fun builds and I know I would be really excited to see some of these in the future! If you guys communicate with your subscribers I would love to contribute, keep up the good work! P.S. I'm also looking for support and criticism from everyone else as well for builds and you guys all have great ideas!
I did a search for "fallout 4 cultist build" to see if there was any interesting concepts for it. This was the top fallout 4 build result. Do with that what you will.
+wiet111 Yes it's quite useless in the first several levels. It would be much better to invest in some combat perks first, as well as locksmith, then the charisma perks and after that the Fortune Finder/Cap Collector perks. Fortune Finder might increase the number of caps you find, but you get way more value out of being able to pick more locks and get to more treasure stashes.
This is just a flavor build, it's not actually very effective in combat. I prefer a more balanced build myself, on my "charisma, settlement builder" character I started with 5 charisma, 6 with the bobblehead for local leader. Then put on some charisma clothing for 10 charisma and use grape mentats to bring it up to 15 when you want to sell a lot of stuff. The intimidation/whisperer perks are not very useful early on but I might take wasteland whisperer eventually at higher level since you can turn deathclaws into companions with it.
i don't get it. How does he do so many builds. Each build is a single play through, so does he do the entire play through or automatically make his level 50 and add the weapons and armor with a mod?
most likely they use the commad "player.modav experience 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999" to get them to level 50 then record all the fottage

I am not sure yet whether she will sympathise with the synths and join the railroad, but she will be a strong Minutemen General and dislike the Brotherhood view on minorities in the commonwealth (Ghouls and possibly Synths). She aims for a peaceful commonwealth where people work together to overcome challenges, and she knows she might need some money and a handful of ammo to make it happen.
I like it! This is a nice change from the usual sneak/ninjas, basher, armor heavy, etc. Totally different experience. Good job on making this more effective than I would have thought.
One thing I dislike about the new charisma perks is the need for a firearm in order to use the pacify abilities. You could make the argument that humans and other thinking creature would be more intimated by a firearm then a machete, but Wasteland Whisperer & Animal Friend shouldn't have to always fallow this line of reasoning.

I think lone wanderer no longer works with dogmeat. It was a bug that i think is patched now.
I would recommend also going to vault 118 in the cliff’s edge hotel in harbour as well and buying the dapper gent hat from pearl it give +2 charisma as well as reducing damage from robots by 15%

@@matthew5145 I would stick with the 10mm pistol. It's probably one of the most versatile weapons in the game. You can unlock most of its attachments by putting 2 perk points into Gun Nut, then a few points into Gunslinger to make your pistol's damage and armor penetration even better.

Name: Vito (inspired from the game Mafia)
Backstory: born and Raised by his Italian father and American mother, Vito was baptised into a life of crime, His father was arrested for Bank Robbery, Arson and numerous murders. His father was then sentenced to a life time in prison and tells Vito to continue his legacy in his family name, Upset by this he vows to take his father's place in becoming The Main Man of the Mafia. He fought with school bullies, ex boyfriends who abused his young sister, rival baseball fans and in many underground fights. He was intalect, charismatic and an extremely lucky guy. Unfortunately his luck ran out when he was caught stealing money from a general store by the police. His sentence was either jail or cut the sentence by joining the military. He joined the military and was an expert with shotguns and the SMG. after his service he returns home and meets an old friend at the airport from high school. the two fall in love, marry and have a child, feeling like his luck has finally come back, things take a turn for the worst when the bombs were about to be dropped, him, his wife and his son are rushed to the vault.
Factions: Vito will use the minutemen to help build his criminal empire back from the ashes and take on anyone who dares come in his way.
gameplay: You will always ask for a larger payment if offered, act all kind hearted around the innocent and always think of children before yourself by helping them since you yourself are a father (the vault 81 quest where you cure Austin from the Mole Rat Disease)
Weapons: Tommy Gun (spray and pray), molotov cocktails, Baseball Bat (2076 World Series Baseball Bat), Sawed off Shotgun, Switchblade, and a Revolver

2.You make a class look badass which suits them this same as weapons
3.You make people creations come to life !
Even more fun if you mix this with the Infiltrator build. Pure glass cannon stealth assassin that can pass all speech checks with ease. Even more fun when you don't use armor and only wear charisma boosting clothing. Doing this right now on Survival and having a blast. You have to go slowly and plan your routes and companions are a must (highly recommend getting Cait for lockpicking and semi-decent stealth, give her a sledgehammer to tank because you NEED it). You can literally only take one or two shots at most. Makes every firefight a true battle of life and death:)

psychopath/pyro build, Always choose the darkest speech options, using big guns such as flamers, and melee weapons, such as the shiskebab. Use moltov cocktails often, and other explosives too. Cage armour is good, as it has a very dark look, but it doesn't really matter that much. Followers would either be cait because of her dark, raider-like nature. SPOILERS BEGIN HERE, DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT FACTION SPOILERS
the pyro would likely go with the brotherhood of steel, because of their dark nature, but I'm sure that you can justify other factions. tl;dr - Use mostly flamers and shishkebabs, as well as moltov cocktails. Be a dick to everyone.

I recommend setting up all your supply lines from the mechanist lair and use robots. Allows all your settlements to have maximum happiness as supply lines and robots affect happiness.

You made a great build, but I think that a woman would be more interesting for this build. Female character wasn't supposed to be a lawyer in 2077 ? That sounds like a clever and charismatic character to me. And Agatha's Dress looks better than Reginald's Suit.

I think the Awareness perk would be a good choice early on, that way you can see all of your enemies' levels before engaging them so you know which ones you have a chance at pacifying. Also you'd be able to tell whether you should draw your .44 or your alien blaster, based on their defenses :)

Basically the same exact thing, but as you discover the institute, the mix of radiation, murdering your own son, the destruction of the factions, and overall view of the world taints his mind so you can play him like "The Slaver" build post level ~30 and side with the raiders in NukaWorld! I like the whole "you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" ideal to this way of playing.
Playing this as my “good guy” build and the scientist as my more sinister institute build love these guys builds
i did this build but i use spray n pray, and a random legendary explosive combat rifle i got. it is so fun, make sure to take demolitions expert for more dmg
also i suggest only 2/3 in the charisma perks that control enemies, reason for this is that with 2/3 you can tell the enemy to 'Incite' and when you attack them they dont attack back, if you do 3/3 you cannot do this. also when a 'companion that you intimidated kills an enemy you dont get xp for it, so you want to kill them for the xp.

This was the 2nd build i tried (first one was the sniper) so I think it's time for a little "Thank you" :)
Personally I don't care so much about the backstorys, but your builds are always very well conceived and you present them in a way that make me want to start all over again.
If replaying fallout 4 wouldn't be so boring after a few rounds I would totally try the Grognak build too... well maybe I do someday.

I know your doing general builds atm but once you've done all the general stuff and get to specific builds can you make ( like the assassins build ) a survivalist eg was like a member of the special forces military and is as all rounded as possible ,basically Rambo. Using a knife and a combat rifle and high in endurance things like crafting and food and water

+ILS It would also work well as a brotherhood of steel soldier with a dark green bos uniform, a full heavy bos combat armor and automatic laser weaponry. While you could use army fatigues with the ballistic weave its kinda overkill when using armor at the same time.
+ILS you know for all these decisions on which sides to choose from in the start of the game, it would be good part of the main character's story neither if the main character is gonna be a mercenary or hitman for hire for build of the main character in fallout 4.

I started making this character but I replaced the Pistol related perks with Rifle related perks. I love the Sharpshooter build so much that my playstyle with him just leaks into my other characters

Try and find a chem that will decrease your charisma temporarily, then, go to sanctuary and use the "You're Special!" Book on your charisma, making it 10, when the chem wares off, you will have 11, and after the bobblehead, you will have 12!
I rarely fail charisma checks at 6. why in the world would anyone want 12?

The FudgeMuppet guys are THE Skyrim and Fallout 4 build guys! I notice you guys seem to have a build for Strength (Raider), Perception (Sharpshooter), Charisma (Diplomat), Intelligence (Scientist), and Agility (Assassin). I don't know if you take suggestions, but I have a few;
1) The Nightmare/Monster/Something Scary and Evil - Survival Build (Endurance)
2) The Scavenger/Vault Delver - Looting Build (Luck)
3) The Gunslinger - Criticals Build (Luck/Agility)
4) The Engineer - Explosives Build (Perception/Intelligence)
5) The Commando - FPS Build (Strength/Agility)
6) RP Builds for kicks like Silver Shroud or Grognak or a supernatural build
I know some of these, if not all of them, have been requested already and maybe I am getting ahead of myself but you guys make very fair and fun builds and I know I would be really excited to see some of these in the future! If you guys communicate with your subscribers I would love to contribute, keep up the good work!
P.S. I'm also looking for support and criticism from everyone else as well for builds and you guys all have great ideas!
I did a search for "fallout 4 cultist build" to see if there was any interesting concepts for it. This was the top fallout 4 build result. Do with that what you will.
I used rifles on this build instead of pistols :) (mostly because i f***ing love experiment 18-A.)
I used this on a female character and called it my “lawyer” build.
Isn't getting the intimidation perk in the beginning pretty useless, since pretty much all characters will be higher level than you.

+wiet111 Yes it's quite useless in the first several levels. It would be much better to invest in some combat perks first, as well as locksmith, then the charisma perks and after that the Fortune Finder/Cap Collector perks. Fortune Finder might increase the number of caps you find, but you get way more value out of being able to pick more locks and get to more treasure stashes.
It works at lower levels, you just need to be lucky to pacify them.
This is just a flavor build, it's not actually very effective in combat. I prefer a more balanced build myself, on my "charisma, settlement builder" character I started with 5 charisma, 6 with the bobblehead for local leader. Then put on some charisma clothing for 10 charisma and use grape mentats to bring it up to 15 when you want to sell a lot of stuff. The intimidation/whisperer perks are not very useful early on but I might take wasteland whisperer eventually at higher level since you can turn deathclaws into companions with it.
+Denis when ever you come back from battle.. Sell all the weapons that you just picked up. No need to horde all the crap at one base.
