assasdfghjk123456789 Chems have little to nothing to do with the S surgeon build. It’s a deep thinking and calculated philosopher who charges into battle brandishing a shotgun. At the end of the day you should pick between maniacal fun or calculated presicion. Me personally I picked the S surgeon

I killed a legendary raider with this build and got a pipe rifle that did fire damage... I found that ironic
i think the game sets the game with your playstyle like i am a energy weapon character and havent upgraded my sci but use laser then plasma and well i find a plasma infused gun

If you strugle to find chems do the quest " Diamond City Blues" you will get 50 Buffout Jet Mentats and Psycho.
Fabian Jaeger 60 each actually, theres a 6th crate hidden behind the first five you see immediately at the end of that quest.
That and the drug lab in the four leaf fish packing plant has a little bit more chems and some junk to help make your own.
This actually was the best backstory you have ever made, IMO. Keep up the good work.
You should make a Mr.Freeze build that uses cryo weapons It would be cool as heck!

if you want to get a flamer early just go into Fens street sewer its a little north-west from diamond city it has a water icon but it has ghouls in it and a glowing one sooo gear up! also theres creepy holotapes of a serial killer called "Fens Phantom'' theyre called Dear detective AND OH BOY ARE THEY CREEPY also the place is creepy just listening to the murderers voice ok anyways yeah good luck

I remember when you guys first dropped this build I was skeptical of it.(But after all these years I finally tried it and I gotta say this made the game feel fresh again.)
Man, I really like how you guys aren't doing just the generic "Melee, Gun, or Sniper" builds anymore, you guys are starting to get more uniqueness in your builds now, like the Fallout: New Vegas builds. Where you got a bunch of weird but awesome builds, like the ninja, the fish dude, the construction worker, etc. Hope to see more of these builds in the future.

Only after playing the game for so long (look at Skyrims mods) does the creativity come out.

+JamLover247 id love the option in a dlc to get irradiated and turn to a ghoul. or the equivalent of the werewolf in skyrim, but you turn into a deathclaw whenever there is rad rain and people automatically try to kill you.

Was thinking of a build like that, a character that specializes in full auto weapons and explosives that fights openly, wears road leathers with combat armour over it or something.
One thing I love about your channel is that your builds are FUN! Some (like the Sniper) are hyper-tuned with little room to change before lvl 50 but this one is just a BLAST to play! You can swap out a lot of the Perks to get them at different levels based on your play style but overall this is just plain fun. Great job guys!

If you want this build to be even more op add kremvh's tooth which fits her evil personality, the super sledge which fits her destructive nature, and the spray n' pray for far away enemies and it also fits her destructive nature

I love this series, I remember one of my favorite character that I ever created I called “The Tinkerer” he was an eccentric technological genius that lived for tinkering with machines, hacking, experimenting, and gaining more knowledge. He ended up siding with the institute out of fascination with their technology and he quite frankly couldn’t have cared less about what their goals were. He used the zetan weapons because it was the most technologically advanced thing that he had seen. He was very charismatic and intelligent but his other stats were relatively balanced out. He really hated the brotherhood of steel for hoarding technology for themselves and he thought the railroad was strange for believing that synths were people but he was fairly neutral towards them except for when they interfered with his work in the institute. Even though he hated the brotherhood and disliked the railroad, he really admired the minutemen for building their settlements up from nothing and utilizing unique laser weapons like the laser musket considering the resources available to them. he was good friends with nick valentine because he was interested in his physiology and he liked Hancock and piper because piper believed in knowledge and the truth and Hancock believed in personal freedom as long as people played nice.

first off, great content. I love watching your videos and trying your builds. I think it would be cool if you made like a James Bond-themed build that could talk their way out of anything, but still be efficient and get the job done

Great build guys! Personally, I'd love to see a character built around the railway rifle, mostly because it's such a fun weapon.
"The Conductor" (change the name if you like) would have had an extreme interest in science and synths and would absolutely LOVE trains. He would also love to tinker and make new things out of all the cool, old, prewar stuff he finds (Scrapper? gun nut? Just shooting out some ideas.)
He'd side with the railroad (obviously) (or possibly the institute). Riflemen, demolition expert (because what else do you think of when hearing about rail roads than some old prospector throwing dynamite everywhere.) and intelligence perks are the focuses of this build.
For gear, he'd wear things that look old and drifter-y with the ballistic weave mod on them and use the railway rifle along with some other rifles (overseers guardian, etc.).
Again, I think that this would be a ridiculously fun and zany (I know you guys like your zany) build and would absolutely love to have a build made for this. Cheers!

Some extra tips that I thought were useful:
Instead of the firs Hacker, invest in Fortune Finder, but only the first rank. That way you can find more caps to purchase flamer fuel and other necessities.
Also, before going to Saugus Ironworks, bring a meat-shield companion. I suggest either Paladin Danse or Strong.
Last, if you don't want to use your flamer but still want a long range weapon, add the flaming receiver to a lazer rifle
I can imagine the terror those Gunners in Quincy were feeling when this masked woman covered in scars barges in, hits up Psycho Jet, and then started darting around the place and making insane moves and killing them all.

Eh, that wasn't really what I was looking for, as a Commando build would be less super hero-y with its abilities and not nearly as charismatic. Also it would be using Demo Expert for the grenades and missile launcher more than the spray 'n pray, while it's a good weapon I don't think with it being a tommy gun fitting the theme of a military commando.

I think this has become one of my favorite builds you two have made! Kind of surprised that explosives are not a big hobby of the pyromaniac and that Cait is not an optional companion for this build, since they are basically the same person and can be drug sisters. If there were a power armor option it would have to have the hot road flame paint job on it. Also, do legendary weapons (aside from Ashmaker) with explosive or fire damage add on to the weaponry for the pyromaniac?

I think power armour may be a good fit for this character. Being immune to the flame the pyromaniac torches her enemies with may make her feel empowered as she saunters through the wall of fire she laid down with a pneumatic hiss, a hellish grin and wild gleam in her eyes, breathing in deep the stench of seared flesh through her helmets filter as the flames bend around the steel exterior of the suit, making her feel as though she has conquered fire itself.
Way too late but I think she likes the heat of the flame and you wouldn’t really get that in power Armor + you would have to get out every time you use the cannibal perk.
@@AussieLeftistyou can always replace Cannibal with either science or nuclear physicist but you’ll likely not have the intelligence bobble head by level 6.

with this build I set up a recruitment beacon at Red Rocket and killed people whilst they were coming. Twas the greatest!

I would love to see an all around soldier build. Almost exclusively combat related perks, capable of effectively using any and all weapon classes. It's kind of a simple idea but I would love to see what you guys could make of it. I've made every single build you've put out so far and have yet to be even slightly disappointed

i made that. she is a master at speech checks and levels up fast

+Jarred Mayle max int and chr, it's honestly an extremely flexible build so you can kinda do whatever. It's one of my most played characters.
He's not wrong. The fast leveling due to intelligence being high allows for you get more experience points faster. You could get intimidation to thin the enemy heard, black widow to get bonus damage on males, maybe get nerd rage as the slow mo can give you extra time to use a stimpak or line up your shot better. I also took rifleman and gunslinger as they are useful and i got my luck to lvl 3 for bloody mess for the extra damage. Currently i took armorer to get better armor crafting options, gun nut for weapons, scrapper for parts, and i'm thinking of also getting scrounger and the cap finder perk to get ammo and caps easier. I'm currently sitting at level 14 i believe.
If being in a vault taught us anything it's that the outside world is dangerous. Better to be prepared than sorry (insert cheesy vault-tec message and vault boy thumbs up picture here).
